I understand this position regarding Automatix. I think it's a cop-out
though, I really think there could be some troubleshooting steps. I
doubt Automatix could break hibernate and suspend. I doubt it works at
all.

makes system wide changes we are unable to troubleshoot your issue.

from the provider
I have attached a tarball that contains lshw, lspci -vvnn, and dmesg
output. I noticed other bugs with a similiar problem on different
hardware had attached or asked for this information.
