I tried ordering from Amazon, but they seem to be permanently out of stock. Then I tried one of the Amazon-affiliated retailers, and they took my order, then canceled it. Then I broke down and ordered it direct from Rush Hour, and it was about a $1 less than it would cost from Amazon with shipping...
