[AMaViS-user] Backscatterer.org, how to deal with?
Hello, I am not sure this is not slightly off topic, but I would like to hear your opinion on this. I looked through my logfiles today and came across a line that led me to check if the mailserver may have accidentally ended up on a RBL list. All was clear except for backscatterer.org. I went to their website and they basically accused me (and whoever looks there) of not running a reasonably configured mailserver, because I send DSN notices to anyone below 8 points. I realise that backscatter is a problem, or can be, but I figured that 8 was sufficiently low. I refuse to turn it off altogether, because I do not want to have my phone ring everytime someone thinks a mail did not arrive, because someone misspelt an emailaddress. But they charge EURO 50,-- to be taken off the RBL. Sorry but I find this outrageous. Is there anything else I can do, other than lower the threshold. I use pyzor, razor, all sorts of other plugins ins spamassassin, and feel that I am doing enough. It's bad enough to fight the spammers, but to have to fight the "good?" guys now too, seems a bit much. Sorry about the rant, look at their website and you know why! -quote--- History: 01.04.2010 18:20 CEST listed A total of 5 Impacts were detected during this listing. Re: [AMaViS-user] Amavisd Daily Cron Fails
The script is supposed to clean up your virusmail directory. If you don't have one, you don't need the script. So you can either create a directory called /var/virusmails or you can delete the script, or better still uncomment the line in it, so that future installs know that you have this script already. [AMaViS-user] Confusion over bypass_banned rules revisited

[AMaViS-user] Confusion over bypass_banned rules
Hi, I thought I had this working in the past, however at this point it seems to be broken. I am using amavisd-new-2.6.3 with sendmail and pitr's milter. Backend is mysql. I have a policy set in mysql where bypass_banned_checks = 'Y'; however the logfile for this user states: May 14 15:32:13 evil.bruckneruni.at /usr/sbin/amavisd[15794]: (15794) Blocked BANNED (text/plain,.asc,idle.bat), AM.PDP-SOCK/MYNETS LOCAL [127.0.0.1] [127.0.0.1], . So it seems that despite having listed the user as someone who shouldn't get the attachments checked the mails don't go through. Is this the policy being stronger than the rules in sql, or for that matter in amavisd.conf? Listing in amavisd.conf: @bypass_banned_checks_acl = qw( t...@example.com huetm...@example.com ); (It does list my real domains in the above, and not example.com) Any idea what I could be doing wrong, or has something changed that I missed in the new version? Hi, I have been using amavisd-new on CentOS for years now. What you need in order to resolve all (most) of the dependencies is to use the rpmforge repository. Check this out: http://dag.wieers.com/rpm/ Another thing I find incredibly useful is a package called cpan2rpm, wich lets you install "regular" CPAN packagesas rpm based packages. http://sourceforge.net/projects/cpan2rpm/ I hardly ever ran into problems with this setup! [AMaViS-user] TROUBLE in check_mail: quar+notif FAILED
Hi, A while ago, I changed over to storing my quarantine, etc. in a mysql db. So far it has worked wonderfully except for one problem. The DB has grown to about 5GB (ibdata file), and every night, when I am using the script included in the README.mysql to get rid of old entries, I get the following error: Sep 9 03:18:54 george.eliot.priv.at /usr/sbin/amavisd[14068]: (14068) (!!)TROUBLE in check_mail: quar+notif FAILED: temporarily unable to quarantine: 451 4.5.0 Storing to sql db as mail_id MSQokJpLajBT failed: writing mail text to SQL failed: Error closing, flush: sql inserting text failed, sql exec: err=1205, S1000, DBD::mysql::st execute failed: Lock wait timeout exceeded; try restarting transaction at (eval 87) line 166, line 718. at (eval 89) line 224, line 718. at (eval 89) line 92, line 718. at (eval 89) line 355., id=14068 at /usr/sbin/amavisd line 11673. I realise this is a SQL issue, I was just wondering if anyone has experience with this, or better still a solution. The script that runs is the following: DELETE FROM msgs WHERE time_num < UNIX_TIMESTAMP()-30*24*60*60; DELETE FROM msgs WHERE time_num < UNIX_TIMESTAMP()-60*60 AND content IS NULL; DELETE FROM quarantine WHERE NOT EXISTS (SELECT 1 FROM msgs WHERE mail_id=quarantine.mail_id); DELETE FROM msgrcpt WHERE NOT EXISTS (SELECT 1 FROM msgs WHERE mail_id=msgrcpt.mail_id); DELETE FROM maddr WHERE NOT EXISTS (SELECT 1 FROM msgsWHERE sid=id) AND NOT EXISTS (SELECT 1 FROM msgrcpt WHERE rid=id); I am using amavisd-new-2.6.1. The machine gets a really high load, when it does the above, so much so, that sometimes I also get the following errors: Sep 9 03:48:46 george.eliot.priv.at /usr/sbin/amavisd[17556]: (17556) (!!)TROUBLE in process_request: Can't write response to socket: Broken pipe, fileno=13 at (eval 82) line 145. Re: [AMaViS-user] FW: Amvisd don't start -> CentOs 5.2 Update (MISSING BASIC MODULES ZLib )
Hi, I am also using CentOS 5.2 and don't have a problem. You must have more than one rpm for Compress-Zlib installed, which can be confusing for amavisd (or perl as a whole). When I list my Zlib.pm, I only get ONE location (also installed from DAG), namely /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.8/Compress/Zlib.pm /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.8/IO/Zlib.pm /usr/lib64/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.8/x86_64-linux-thread-multi/Compress/Raw/Zlib.pm ALl under vendor_perl, and not site_perl. So I suggest you do the following: rpm -q perl-Compress-Zlib Then check what is left, or find out why there is also one under site_perl by doing: rpm -qf /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8/Compress/Zlib.pm Which should show you which packet installed it there. Once you have gotten rid of all of them using rpm -e Just go yum install perl-Compress-Zlib. That at least makes sure you have it in one location only. Re: [AMaViS-user] mysql-SQL changes in amavisd-new-2.6.1
Hi Mark, et al Thank you for your mail. I am glad to help a little, if I can. I had to make a few changes to my initial mail. While everything looks (is) right, it's not as simple as it seems. In order to change the field type from varchar to varbinary I had to first drop the foreign key and only then could do the changes. I also had to change the maddr(id) to integer, in order to make it work at all. I realise it says somwhere in the README that they would have to be the same. However a diff to the two versions of READMEs did not show that change. So I did the following to make it work (no changes to sid, rid, id): Drop foreign keys first: ALTER table msgrcpt DROP foreign key msgrcpt_ibfk_2; ALTER table quarantine DROP foreign key quarantine_ibfk_1; ALTER table msgs CHANGE mail_id mail_id varbinary(12); ALTER table msgrcpt CHANGE mail_id mail_id varbinary(12); ALTER table quarantine CHANGE mail_id mail_id varbinary(12); # Add the foreign keys again ALTER TABLE quarantine ADD FOREIGN KEY (mail_id) REFERENCES msgs(mail_id) ON DELETE CASCADE; ALTER TABLE msgrcpt ADD FOREIGN KEY (mail_id) REFERENCES msgs(mail_id) ON DELETE CASCADE; Change the rest ALTER table msgs CHANGE secret_id secret_id varbinary(12); ALTER table msgs CHANGE content content binary(1); ALTER table msgs CHANGE quar_type quar_type binary(1); ALTER table msgs CHANGE quar_loc quar_loc binary(255); --- Now, I don't know if the order of things is the same for everyone (I.e. the sequence of the foreign keys. This can be checked FIRST! with SHOW CREATE table msgs; (or any other table) I also had a problem with changing from bigint to integer. While the field type change worked fine in mysql. I received an error after restarting amavisd: in the maillog: Jun 29 16:59:24 george sendmail[21471]: m5TExK8l021471: Milter: data, reject=451 4.5.0 Error in processing, id=21307, sql-enter FAILED: find_or_save_addr: failed to insert addr [EMAIL PROTECTED]: sql exec: err=1062, S1000, DBD::mysql::st execute failed: Duplicate entry '0' for key 1 at (eval 87) line 166, line 21. at (eval 88) line 111, line 21. Maybe this is normal behaviour, when one changes a previous type of bigint into integer. I am not that familiar with mysql to say. In the end I left the fields as they were, and only changed the varchar to varbinary (after dropping the foreign keys) Sorry to bother you again, with this, I thought it might safe other people the frustration of trying to apply SQL commands I posted earlier. Re: [AMaViS-user] Spammy mail milter question (fwd)
Hello Mark, thank you for your answer: That is excactly the problem. I do not have different levels set for different users. They are all the same, getting their seetings from a mysql db as described in the READMEs. I just looked a the amavisd log, as you suggested. The problem seems to be the penpal function I introduced, when I needed it for the bounce-kill feature. The one who did get the mail had earlier written a mail to the originator of the mail, that was unfortunately declared spam. Thus the person, who got the mail resulted in fewer points (5.1), but that only counted for him and not the other two, their rating created (8.269) What is weird though,is that it gives the same number of points for both cases (bottom of the lof excerpt, where it says "Passed SPAM" and "Blocked SPAM". I guess this is just an unfortunate event, or is there something I can do about this? I have in the meantime thrown out the FUZZY_OCR check, because it doesn't seem to make much difference at the moment, and I might have had the score set too high. [AMaViS-user] Spammy mail milter question
Hi, for teh first time in years, I have had a problem with amavisd, which may well be my fault to begin with. A customer received a mail from a colleague in the Ukraine, who sent the mail in CC to two more recipients. The mail was categorized as Spam, got 5 points and thus was marked as SPAM in the Subject line, and delivered to the recipient. However the two people who were supposed to get the mail in CC, did not. I am wondering if that is normal behaviour, and if so, if thereis anything I can do to change this. I would rather have the mail delivered to all the recipients. Using amavisd-new-2.6.0 and amavisd-milter-1.3.1 Logs below (email addresse changed): I found this in the logfile: May 22 17:20:43 adamas sendmail[30031]: m4MFKfIj030031: from=<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, size=276585, class=0, nrcpts=3, msgid=<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, proto=ESMTP, daemon=MTA, relay=relay01.kiev.sovam.com [62.64.120.200] May 22 17:20:50 adamas sendmail[30031]: m4MFKfIj030031: Milter delete: rcpt <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> May 22 17:20:50 adamas sendmail[30031]: m4MFKfIj030031: Milter delete: rcpt <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> May 22 17:20:50 adamas sendmail[30031]: m4MFKfIj030031: Milter change: header subject: from invoice for shipment on board of barge 545, ex 20012 to SPAMinvoice for shipment on board of barge 545, ex 20012 May 22 17:20:50 adamas sendmail[30031]: m4MFKfIj030031: Milter insert (0): header: X-Amavis-PenPals: age 2 9:08:27 May 22 17:20:50 adamas sendmail[30031]: m4MFKfIj030031: Milter insert (0): header: X-Spam-Status: No, score=5.109 tagged_above=3 required=6 tests=[AWL=-4.229,\n\tBAYES_50=0.001, DRUGS_STOCK_MIMEOLE=3.496, FUZZY_OCR=10.000,\n\tHTML_MESSAGE=0.001, RCVD_IN_DNSWL_LOW=-1] May 22 17:20:50 adamas sendmail[30031]: m4MFKfIj030031: Milter insert (0): header: X-Spam-Level: * May 22 17:20:50 adamas sendmail[30031]: m4MFKfIj030031: Milter insert (0): header: X-Spam-Score: 5.109 May 22 17:20:50 adamas sendmail[30031]: m4MFKfIj030031: Milter insert (0): header: X-Spam-Flag: NO May 22 17:20:50 adamas sendmail[30031]: m4MFKfIj030031: Milter insert (0): header: X-Virus-Scanned: amavisd-new at exterstahl.com May 22 17:20:50 adamas sendmail[30031]: m4MFKfIj030031: Milter insert (0): header: X-Quarantine-ID: - This SF.net email is sponsored by: Microsoft Defy all challenges. Re: [AMaViS-user] Is this a bug? AUTH policy with AM.PDP
Hello Mark, thank you for your reply. > How do you load this policy bank? Through a "policy_bank=..." attribute > in AM.PDP request? No, the following is the only change in amavisd.conf, which leads to the error message. (but it works, apart from the sql part) $policy_bank{'SMTP_AUTH'} = { originating => 1, bypass_banned_checks_maps => [1], bypass_spam_checks_maps => [1], os_fingerprint_method => undef, }; The policy works, i.e. authenticated users do not get spamchecked (Hits: - ), same as with MYNETS policy. But I get the mysql error. I all works fine, if I do not use mysql. > This is a side effect of a previous error. > > > Jan 7 23:12:07 george3.eliot.priv.at /usr/sbin/amavisd[6313]: (06313) > > (!)WARN save_info_preliminary: sql exec: err=, , Insecure dependency in > > parameter 2 of DBI::st=HASH(0xad9e7b0)->bind_param method call while running > > with -T switch at (eval 77) line 167, line 13. > > I see. or did I miss something? I am running sendmail with Petr Rehor's amavisd-milter and on this new machine I am storing spam and the rest in a mysql database. Re: [AMaViS-user] logfile analysis script
Hi, I tried to find this parselog perl set (described in a mai in January) but to no avail. I am not too happy with mailgraph. I guess I am spoiled by amavis-stats. However that doesn't work with pühp5 anymore, so I am looking for an alternative. Does anyone have those parselog scripts for amavis.log I am not a perl programmer, so I am a bit stuck. I'd really like to just integrate it in mrtg and found some scripts. The parsing script wnats spamd logfiles though, so I thought it must be possible to deliver the right numbers by parsing the amavis.log, but as I said, I am not a perl programmer. Has anyone gotten that to work with mrtg? Re: [AMaViS-user] ANNOUNCE: amavisd-milter-1.3.0
Hello, many, many thanks for this feature, it is excactly what I have been looking for in the past. I have added this to my amavisd.conf file $policy_bank{'SMTP_AUTH'} = { originating => 1, bypass_banned_checks_maps => [1], bypass_spam_checks_maps => [1], os_fingerprint_method => undef, # don't query p0f for internal clients }; I am just wondering if this is the correct way to do that, or if this might be overkill. I do not want to have mails from authenticated users checked for spam, and they should be allowed to send attachments. I don't excactly know what the "originating" stands for? Re: [AMaViS-user] (OT) freshclam error
Hi, it is telling you that you have a permission problem. In the /etc/freshclam.conf file there is a parameter: DatabaseOwner amavis Default is user clamav. Depending on who is calling freshclam, you need to have the same owner set in this conf file. Also make sure that the logfile /var/log/clamav/freshclam.log is writeable by that user. And in your case /var/lib/clamav as well. Thanks again, I had the tag2_level and the kill_level set at the same number, which made it impossible to get a mail with an altered subject line. It does work quite well, thanks again. Are there any recommendations at what level one should set the tag2_level in relation to the cut-off level. Thanks you for all your comments, at least I know now, I haven't gone compeletly gaga. I don't know, in fact I don't think it has anything to do with reading the signature files. Tue Jun 5 09:07:27 2007 -> Unix socket file /var/run/clamav/clamd But there was no socket. It only appeared much later. 1-2 min, and nothing was written in the logs then. Hi, just wondering, I have updated clamd on all my machines, mostly running RH9 to RHEL4 and CentOS4, and after the update clamd does not create the socket immediately. Re: [AMaViS-user] Exclude authenticated Users withw Sendmail
Hi Mark, thank you for your answer, and your great program! In any case, I am using the milter setup, using the old amavis-milter.c helper program, but if it resolves the issue, I will change to the new milter from Petr. Is there a howto for the new milter setup? Would it be a big change on your part to make it possible? I'll be gone for a few days, but I am willing to test this setup after Dec. 18th, when I am back again. Again, many many thanks for your help. [AMaViS-user] Exclude authenticated Users Dual Sendmail
Hi, I have a bit of a problem here. Many of my mailusers are using a provider, whose dynamic addresses seem to be blocked by sorbs and other such places. I have them connect to my mailserver with sasl authentication, so I was wondering if there is a way to bypass spamfiltering for authenticated users. I have read through various FAQs, but as I am running sendmail milter setup, I could not find anything, that would help me. I am afraid, I don't know postfix well enough to happily change over, so I was wondering if there is a way to do this with my setup. Any help would be appreciated. Many thanks, .peter - Take Surveys. Re: [AMaViS-user] OT: amavis-stats on RHEL4 solved.
Hi, I just found out what the problem was. I never realised that it is a seperate package (i.e. php-gd) which needs to be installed. I just had gd and php installed. Stupid me, sometimes, it is better to get sleep, than to desperately try and solve a problem. However, I am still curious, if anyone has managed to get awstats to work with the amavis.log Thanks, .peter - Take Surveys. Earn Cash. [AMaViS-user] OT: amavis-stats on RHEL4, awstats?
Hi, I realise this is not really an amavis issue, but I thought someone on this list might have fought the battle with amavis-stats and rhel4 already. Has anyone gotten amavis-stats.0.1.21 to run on a RHEL4, and if so, could you tell me how. My other option is to use awstats. Does anyone on this list use awstats for spam statistics? I have used amavis-stats on older systems, and it worked very well. Now I have a job to migrate everything to RHEL4 and seem to have no end of trouble with that program. The problem seesm to lie with gd and php. I am not sure I understand it correctly, but amavis-stats complains about gd not being included in the php code. The spec file for php, that comes with the source says '--with-gd=shared'. I have been trying to rebuild the rpm with '--with-gd' (i.e. without the shared, so far unsuccessfully). But maybe I am on the wrong track to begin with? If anyone can help, I would appreciate it very much indeed. Thanks a lot, .peter - Take Surveys. Earn Cash. Re: [AMaViS-user] How can I check up FuzzyOcr
Hello, I think the confusing thing here, is that the debug mode needs to be set in amavisd.conf, and it is called log_level So in amavisd.conf set: $log_level = 2; Then you will have all the applied rules in your logfile, and you can just grep for FUZZY_OCR in your maillog, after you have sent the examples through your mail system. Or just wait a little, right now there are tons of spams just waiting to be scanned with FUZZY_OCR. An additional question, what is it that triggers the use of FUZZY_OCR? It doesn't seem to be used with every mail. Or do I have something wrong in my setup? I am just wondering if this is still the case though. My setup is excactly like the one, which the warning warns about, however the sa-update creates its own directory "updates_spamassassin_org" with /usr/share/spamassassin, and seemingly leaves the old ones alone. Has anyone got a reasonable solution to this problem. I am also using RulesDuJour, and I do not want to clutter up /etc/mail/spamassassin with more rules than necessary. It's bad enough with a new *.pre file for every version of SA. If I use the /var/lib/spamassassin setup, sa-update creates a directory for each version of SA and I would have to move the RulesDuJour rules into those everytime I update SA. [AMaViS-user] spam_notify cutoff possible?
Hi, I asked the other day about the statistics, which are rather distorted by the spam notification. In order to see the real ratio between clean mail and spam, without spam_notification I have turned off spamnotification for the time being. Howver I would like to keep being notified, and yet have reasonable statistics. So I was wondering if there is such a thing like spam_notification_cutoff_level (like the DSN cutoff) already, or if it is possibly to introduce this feature in one of the next releases. I don't want t be a pest, but we all know, how well graphical statistics are received in the managerial level of any business, and having to explain the distortion by spam notification is a hopeless undertaking. ( they don't like tech speak, however simple it is). Just a thought, If any one has a simpler solution I would appreciate to hear about it, maybe I just missed something. [AMaViS-user] OT amavis-stats numbers
Hello, Sorry to ask here, but it seems to be the most appropriate place for it. When looking at my statistics I noticed that the number of spams is always lower than the number of passed clean emails. I was happy with this fo rthe longest time, despite the feeling that something is not quite right, because everytime I watch the log with tail -f I just seem to be seeign spam mails being rejected. This morning it dawned on me, that every rejected spam creates a legitimate (passed clean) mail, i.e. the one sent to the spam-admin notifying me of spam being quarantined. This changes the picture completely and makes the numbers look more than 80% spam and 20 % real mails. My question is therefore. Is there a way to leave the mails form spamalert to spam-police out of the statistics, to create a truer picture of the ratio spam:ham mails? I would like to be ablet o keep the spamnotification, even though I haven't had false positives in ages. Am I just plain stupid, or have I just missed something in the setup. Like I said, the amavisd-new-2.4.1 had to be rebuilt as the standard perl for rh9 is too old for that, which is why I built an rpm for the newer perl version 5.8.6 (on both machines). the modules are uncommented on both machines, I guess thw spamassassin -D would not load them, if that were not the case (and I checked). Hi Jim, >> config: failed to parse line, skipping: use_pyzor 1 > > this is in your local.cf. Is an old parameter > Well, what would be the new parameter. I just commented it out in local.cf and it made no difference at all. I am beginning to think it is a PATH variable problem, is there a place in the amavisd.conf file where you can set the PATH? thanks, .peter ___ AMaViS-user mailing list AMaViS-user@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/amavis-user AMaViS-FAQ:http://www.amavis.org/amavis-faq.php3 AMaViS-HowTos:http://www.amavis.org/howto/
Re: [AMaViS-user] razor2, pyzor, dcc not called
Hi, yes. I did turn them on. Like I said, if I run spamassassin -D < spamfile, it works. Only when I call it from amavisd it doesn't. The permissions for those files are the same on both machines. Re: [AMaViS-user] razor2, pyzor, dcc not called
Hello again, I have just tried to run amavisd debug-sa on the server where it works, and it seems that the plugins are the problem. On the server where it works, I get lines saying plugin such and such available in @INC on the machine, wher it does not work, I don't get that, and later it says: config: failed to parse line, skipping: use_pyzor 1 I wonder where I got something wrong there? Thanks for your help so far. .peter On Fri, 26 May 2006, Mark Martinec wrote: > Peter, > >> I have been wrecking my brains in the last two days trying to find the >> reason, why on this particular server the external programs razor2, dcc >> and pyzor are not used for spamdetection, when called through amavisd-new. > > Try to run: > amavisd debug-sa > for a short while and see if there are any problems with DCC or Razor > reported. > > Also, look into your .../mail/spamassassin/*.pre files > if both plugins are enabled. Hi thanks for your help, amavisd debug-sa says: 17967] info: config: failed to parse line, skipping: bayes_auto_learn_threshold_spam 6 [17967] info: config: failed to parse line, skipping: bayes_auto_learn_threshold_nonspam 2 [17967] info: config: failed to parse line, skipping: use_pyzor 1 [17967] info: config: failed to parse line, skipping: use_razor2 1 [17967] info: config: failed to parse line, skipping: use_dcc 1 [17967] info: config: failed to parse line, skipping: dcc_home /var/lib/dcc [17967] info: config: failed to parse line, skipping: dcc_dccifd_path /var/lib/dcc/dccifd However I don't see why, it does that, because on another machine I have the excact same lines, and it can parse them. [AMaViS-user] razor2, pyzor, dcc not called
Hi, I have been wrecking my brains in the last two days trying to find the reason, why on this particular server the external programs razor2, dcc and pyzor are not used for spamdetection, when called through amavisd-new. I am using the latest amavisd-new from the dag repository (rebuilt it for use on rh9) after an upgrade of perl to perl 5.8.6 and spamassassin 3.1.1. The same setup works fine on another machine. The relevant string in amavisd.conf says $sa_local_tests_only = 0; # (default: false) so no that is not the problem. The user_prefs and local.cf files are excactly the same. Can anyone think of another reason, why that should not work. When I run the checks by hand, even as user amavis, everything works fine. Thanks for any suggestions. .peter ___ AMaViS-user mailing list AMaViS-user@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/amavis-user AMaViS-FAQ:http://www.amavis.org/amavis-faq.php3 AMaViS-HowTos:http://www.amavis.org/howto/
Re: [AMaViS-user] OT: amavis-stats RH9
Do you mean you get a report but with all zero counts, or literally no output whatsoever? Hi, after playing around all morning I got results in the shape of rrd files in the right directory, but now I get an rrdtool eror (not the 127 but a 1). I am using rrdtool-1.2.12 and amavis-stats 0.1.21. Another question. What do you suggest to do about the permissions. Senmail creates logfiles with root:mail amavis runs as amavis and is member of the group mail. apache runs as nobody (and I can't possibly add nobody to the group mail). If I create the rrd files as amavis, apache can't read them, if I create them as nobody, the maillog files can't be read. Any good ideas? [AMaViS-user] Multiple spam-admins
Hi, I have a question. We have a mailgateway that runs amavisd-new with sendmail-milter for a domain and a subdomain. What I was wondering is if it is possible to split the spam-admin Mails into two groups spam to example.com evokes notification to [EMAIL PROTECTED] spam to sub,example.com evokes notification to [EMAIL PROTECTED] I have no idea how to go about this. Off topic I would also be interested in using different logfiles for the two domains, but I guess that i snot possible with just one instance of sendmail running? Or is it. Any ideas would be appreciated, many thanks, it's a great product, Peter Huetmannsberger, RHCE --- This SF.Net email is sponsored by: Power Architecture Resource Center: Free content, downloads, discussions, and more. http://solutions.newsforge.com/ibmarch.tmpl ___ AMaViS-user mailing list AMaViS-user@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/amavis-user AMaViS-FAQ:http://www.amavis.org/amavis-faq.php3 AMaViS-HowTos:http://www.amavis.org/howto/
