[AsburyPark] what is the story on WYGG?

What is the story with this station.  They moved to Asbury Ave and now need 
zoning? I see they have a history of violations with the FCC

in my oppinoin, i think MM is signed on.  i know no one said anything offically 
yet, but i think too many people, in ever diff dept are talking about it.  if 
for a second, there was a problem where things werent going to work out, i 
think asbury partners would holt this type of talk fast.  as to not create any 
further negativity towards their compansy name.  a new first class operator for 
the hownard johsnso building by summer?  someone asbury parnters finds? or are 
they speaking on behalf of something MM will find?  does this mean that whole 
building will be done? or just the part?the inside sure is gutted out, 
thats for sure. empty !
