Doug, I guess Dan and Werner therefore should not pay towards schools either,
since neither of them have kids in the schools - nor does dan use garbage 7 or
months of the year...that's not how the system works. and the city fire
department - they don't only put out fires - they respond thousands of time a
year to ER calls....
Reminds me of a crazy neighbor without kids who put the "VOTE NO School Budget"
sign on his property - which happened to be the bus stop for the kids as well.
