Doesn't sound that much given the size and complexity of CH. 

Kind of the reason supermarkets sell milk "at a loss" . 

CH was always run "at a loss" . But if you run shows /events - that brings 
people who spend money in the boardwalk businesses - and therefore you get to 
charge MORE rent and sell more booze.

Sell $2.00 beer all summer.
