Here I am rambling on this board all time about Bloods in AP and it turns out there is one under my nose in Howell. They don't carry membership cards either. And they don't really like the authorities to know that they are gang members either. Instead of playing armchair gang census takers, let the authorities do there business instead of spending time here speculating and attacking the people that are trying to do good for our city.
