That is one of my favorite tickets. I know a few police officers that have been arrested for DWI. Actually, I know more police officers than Joe Citizen friends. This is not the Wild West anymore. Yet, the blanket statements you made like "it does put pressure on officers at certain times to charge people they KNOW didn't do anything wrong" reflect badly upon all police officers.
