Looking into it, Wightfall. It might be something you have to do outside of the game, update your DirectX but I'll ask around on the forums.Ironcross, we're all pretty bad at it man. I really struggle to follow the trail myself and I laid it. Everyone I'm talking to about it is saying it's actually pretty difficult in terms of walking back and forth to get back on the trail. I put in an update to make the trail a little bit louder and a tiny bit bigger, so the newest update might be a little easier. That's version 1.03 I'm talking about.

I agree with post 16. I'm not completely opposed to groups. It just gets annoying having to join large groups that just spend the entire time killing things. That's the main thing that irritates me. This game is mainly a hack and slash when you really get down to it. I've lately grown tired of those types of games. I'll admit I enjoy the quests, exploration, and other noncombat related areas of AA far more than killing monsters. Maybe it's just time for me to say so long to this game. I just don't find spending hours and hours killing monsters and then waiting more hours to micro level very appealing. It just turns into a massive grind fest. Let me just conclude by saying these are just my opinions. This in no way should discourage people from playing the game. I appreciate the work that's gone into making it accessible for blind people.My necro cast is around level 49 or 50. I always use skeletal knights and lichs. My idea was to see if I
  could create a hybrid character that could use both magic and physical attacks. Apparently this doesn't work as well as I thought. If I want to progress to that point, I'll have to spend billions of experience which will take forever. Finally, my main character is sparr if anyone is interested.

there's still the meter, but i discovered when it starts to charge. you can't pause the game when meter is on-screen. also, there are ultimates with no meter at all.i've successfully landed several ultimate attacks, it's difficult but sometimes it's best to use teleport attacks more tan ultimate. also, if your enemy is tired, it's harder for them to deffend from ultimate attacks.

My thoughtsI'd much rather the console has a rechargable battery via USB or a charger, as AA batteries can get expensive if the battery life doesn't exactly last long.The piracy argument is a fallacy, and here's why: You can't prove a lost sale, and if a game is good enough people will buy it. anyhow. There was a panel that discussed DRM, which just hurts legitimate purchasers, while the pirates get away with it and don't suffer from the DRM.

Hi everyone, before starting the actual toppic, i'll explain what dbz infinite world is, and what difficulties it has for us.Dbz iw was released back in 2008 for the PlayStation 2 system. it's a fighting game, and it has the budokai 3 mechanics, more or less. some things were added, and some others were removed.the main mode of play is dragon misssion mode, a mode where you play the story until dbgt. in this mode however, there are several missions that are impossible for us to do. but the fighting however, is very entertaining!the other day, i was thinking how great could be for us, to have a savefile with the missions completed, but a 100% sabe file is not what i wanted, i was trying to acomplish something very different.i imagined a savefile where all missions were unlocked, but only to the part where we can play freely. a sabe with nothing unlocked, only the missions so we can skip these and fight owr way through the story mode.then, th
 ere was another problem:as you complete missions, you get money. but if you get money, even if the missions are completed, you can start buying things right away.so, because i are complicated, my savefile also had to start with no money.after some thinking, i started to play with a friend. in very easy mode, so we gain very Little money..now, finally i reached the point where i wanted to have my file! when you continue, you can play every mission that's available at the moment.lastly, the money thing.i used a cheat engine to have. 0 money!so, i have my sabe has i wanted!all missions completted until magin boo saga, story mode 2. capsules are unlocked but you have no money, so... you have to fight to gain money backyou still need to unlock the rest of the missions, buy fighters road, buy every capsule, every character, stage, every attack and ultimate.but you don't need to do the inaccesible missi
 ons anymore.anyone is interested in this sabe file?note: those who doesn't know the game, check it before requesting the sabe, you can find it complicated to understand. but if you know dbz infinite world and the missions were the problem, this thing will be useful.

More to the point, it did just occur to me that the cartridge uses the SPI profile and a custom cable to connect to the computer, unless something's changed. Couldn't that appear just like any other storage drive? I sadly doubt there is any way around encryption. And if that means registration keys, then I guess that's the way it is. There is usb support, so you could in theory plug in a usb keyboard and enter the registration key.

Everyone will have a bad voice at 30 sentences or so. For example, i tried to right, "I am a robot from the planit known as Sattern. I can withstand temperatures up to 480 degrees, and if I get down to -20 my systems will go weee!" Instead, it came out like this. "I am a robot from the planit known as Sattern. Just gonna weigh in a bit here.First, to the person who's a level 34 necro. I have a level 33 necro-mage-cleric, and while I do have the issue you do, I have nearly 500 fame and have found a lot of areas that don't utterly wreck me. Don't ask me what they are, as I haven't played much in over a year and a half. A necro-warrior-thief is just a hard combo to play, because mage and cleric are lower in your class order so you have fewer MP to screw with.There are indeed certain areas that you absolutely cannot solo unless you're, I dunno, level 37 in everything, which would take literally over two decades of work. However, the areas that are impossible to solo are few and far between. Many other areas are hard, and better for certain builds than others, but generally there are almost always ways. Certain places are just...not fun though, I'll grant you that.On a somewhat related note, I've never understood the idea of playing a g
 ame and being utterly unwilling to group. I can totally understand preferring not to do so - as in, you'd like to do everything on your own, within reason - and I can understand not wanting to play a game which insists on it - AA doesn't, but some other MUDS do - but...why the aversion? Is it because you can't keep up? Is it because you don't want to be a bother to someone? Is it because you don't think you should have to level up with someone else's help?Tell you something. Most multi-user dungeons have a multi-user element. That's, um, kind of the point. Being unwilling to group, when grouping often provides advantages with very little downside, is a great deal like arbitrarily deciding you won't use the Sanctuary spell. Why? Accessible hurricane tracker?

Because I live on the gulf coast of Florida I am interested in keeping track of hurricanes, where they are and where they are going. Most hurricane tracking reports are useless unless you are a geography whiz or have an appropriate accessible map handy. To me, a truly useful hurricane tracker would tell you a storm's location and movement relative to where you are. For example, being told hurricane Irma is southeast of me and 1,100 miles away is far more useful than being told that it is 90 miles west of the Lesser Antilles. So, does anyone know of an accessible hurricane tracking program for Windows or app for iOS?

If I remember right, for me, the latest version of Defender jumped at it and I had to create an exclusion for the folder I keep games in. You'll need to find out how to add Redspot to your antivirus software's exclusion list so it knows RS isn't a virus.

@Dark: there are a few commands that might help you, most notably make sure numlock is off and you can use numpad seven and 9. However before all that, for your Steam shortcut if you go to properties, at the end of all the quotation marks if you do space and then type in dash no dash dwrite (look at the spelling for this one) it should activate a feature that makes it more text. I've also added the login command, which is dash login space username space password, so that I don't have to mucka bout with that dialogue all the time. From there you can use nvda plus numpad divide to route, and just numpad divide to click. However, if NVDA's DPI issues kick in this is where things get annoying becuase there's literally nothing we can do really, accept use the web interface and hope it lets you install stuff once logged in. YOu have to click on the install screen to get it to work, I think. Maybe enter works, it's something I haven't tried for a while so I 
 don't ahve much confirmation.

After my last post, I've learned, in practical terms, what the articles warned me about but I did not listen:Never, unless you want to have your ship destroyed, leave your ship hanging around inside a sector and leave the game. It is much harder to be attacked in null space than while mining. I lost 2 ships because I went to sleep and left my ship unattended. Even being totally weaponless, someone engaged into combat with me. However, it seems like, and I might regret saying this because it gives ideas (lol), except for the Money you spent buying your ship and equipment, you lose nothing from having it destroyed if you don't die and get rescued by the escape pods and even get a free new shuttle, without owing to TransGov, the government, for that present. However, since I am a natural tester (and typo Hunter!!!), I am still trying to earn money to buy an engineering and a capital ship...

As far as I know, right now the only thing you can do with the voices you make is to have their site generate sentences you enter, then play them back, and share those links on social media. You can't download the generated files or voices. Also, their evaluation agreement specifically forbids the generation of voices of third parties I.E. people other than yourself. Besides, you'd have to get them to read specific sentences they specify.

@Zubzero, if you type config you can change how various damage indicators are made. You will occasionally get audio indications of your enemy's health, and damage statements on your own attacks, however the main thing is the audio beeps that go down pitch, and the change in music according to your health. Have a look at the config options and see what works for you.@sito, there is a "learn game sounds" option in the mushZ program folder, all of the sounds have fairly obvious names, however mainly if your voicerate is in sink with the game you should be okay, provided you listen to the indicator sounds that I mentioned.@chris, I don't know, since I am still on arcase with my level 28 druid mage. I do recall thugh that  magic and none magic classes is a less good idea, since most of the gear that has good cast level and mana mods is bad for warriors. This is why I've had such an easier time with my druid mage than I did with my
  cleric warrior, though of course whether this continues into the mainland we'll see, as I still have a good many quests on arcaise to keep me busy, and indeed if the above announcement is to be believed more on the way . I actually don't mind returning to lower level areas in Alter to complete quests, since while I do get little xp from combat, there are always exploration points and the like, not to mention crafting skills to practice. If however you are correct and Alter does ever become a game where grouping is %100 necessary, that is when I will stop playing, though Dentin has stated repeatedly that it is intended that all areas not specifically marked as group areas are possible to solo.

One amusing fact about the cutting up meat etiquette, is apparently Kaiser Wilhelm who was Emperor of Germany during the first world war suffered very severe muscular problems and so couldn't hold a knife and fork. apparently he had to depute someone to cut his meat for him, but because he was the big manly emperor of Germany nobody could know! he had to have his meat pre cut as it was so shameful, so the servant deputed to do this was sacked immediately afterwards, meaning he went through lots of servants .As I recall last time I had Tortillas they were rolled so I could pretty much just start at the end and work inwards, still for the same reason my lady does not like spaghetti or taglitelli and prefers smaller types of pasta that are stabable. the thing I tend to have problems with over here is Yorkshire pudding, which is pretty hard to describe if y
 ou've not had one. My lady partly compares them to American Biscuits (which are certainly not what we call Biscuits over here though that is another mine field). Anyway, Yorkshire puddings are round things that are perhaps an inch high and concave, and are composed of a batter of flour water, some salt  and a little oil left to rise. They're very nice when done properly, but a pain to cut since they are either very flaky, or very chewy depending upon the cook, also they usually come with a full roast beef dinner with all trimmings, meaning mash, roast potatoes, three or four types of vegetables and of course the meat gravy so you have a full plate. What is also confusing is  weight and size can vary according to cook, so sometimes you can have a single Yorkshire that is possible to pick up with a fork and gnosh, sometimes they can very large, sometimes indeed you can get what is called a filled Yorkshire pudding which contains the rest of the meal an
 d are lovely, though quite a nightmare to eat.you also sometimes get the wonderfully named Toad in the hole, which is a Yorkshire pudding with sausages cooked inside it, again, very nice if the chef knows what she/he is doing and you have some decent sausages, but can be a pain to eat since you don't always know which way around the sausage is. Again a case where stab, hack and hope is probably your best bet, and of course as per usual having a good sharp knife helps.

Ironcross,I'm still getting there with disabling. I'm working on trying to make it a function, so that everyone plays one level, as opposed to every single level having a duplicate with no visuals. I think I'm almost there with it, I just need to tell it to disable *ALL* lighting. That function, removing all graphics, is important to me, so we'll get there soon.

I'd like to report that F1 isn't disabling the graphics for me, however, whatever you did in this update has drastically improved them, and they're no longer stuttering on my system.It might be good to get that feature working though, blind gamers, well, unless they play mainstream games too, don't really put stock in buying GPU's and if you're like me, and on a laptop which is not upgradable, having insufficient VRAM might even keep the game for running, so it might be a good idea to have the graphics thing there, and even set it up as a fallback if you can catch the VRAM thing before it becomes an issue, then switch off graphics programmatically.

@Dark: you are basically right. For playing a game, all you have to do is make sure you are logged in with Steam, which is just one command, and then launch the Steam shortcut to the game which can mostly be found in the start menu or, if it works, on the desktop. I made a whole folder with just Steam shortcuts in there. Installing a new game can be done in a few different ways but I'm waiting for people to give me more info, because sometimes through the pc client it can be a little iffy if you try to select the game from a large library of games. However if you are on the website, and you buy the game, it pops up with a little bit on the page asking if you have Steam. If you then open up Steam and switch back to the web page, you can click yes, and an install window will magically pop up. I think you can install games using the mobile app as well, but I'd like confirmation on this. The thing I find really annoying about Steam for new users though is there's no aud
 io captcha, I think that's frankly unacceptable in this da and age.

Night Trap 25th Anniversary Edition is playable!I've posted a notice over in the General games discussion, so if you're here, and have the game, let's get you up to speed on how to play it!Here are the controls on PS4.They might also work on steam if you have a game controler; even a PS4 controler; but I'm not sure about the button laiyout.Control pad. move the cursor around the camera feed selection menu.X or Square. Switch to the selected camera feed.Triangle or Circle. Activate trap when the trap gage is red.L1 and R1. Change the color of the trap access code.Options. pauses the game, giving you the options of continue or quit.When you fail, the same menu replaces continue with retry.Main menuWhen you launch the game, you'll see the Screaming Villains and digital pictures logos, as well as the opening credits before the main menu comes up.You'll know it's up because music will suddenly start playing without any sort of intro what-so-ever.Use up and down to move the cursor and X to select a choice.In options, left and right will change the settings, but these two settings don't rap.Press X or circle to back out of options.Your cursor will always be on start game when the main menu loads, but here are the choices you'll have.The basement, Used to access special feeturesSurvivor modeOptionsContinue, Load from the checkpointStart Game, Starts a new game of Night TrapOnce you get far enough in a game of Night Trap; about 13 minutes and 50 seconds in, you'll be given a checkpoint, and from their, you can select continue to start off from that point.Be warned; however; that selecting Start game will delete a saved game; if you have one; without any kind of conformation prompt what-so-ever, so be careful.Here are the choices in the options menu.Icons: Original, RevampedLayout: 2017, 1994, 1993, 1992.These will have no effect for us, but changing them will allow access to a few PSN trophies; if you're into that sort of thing.Icons always defaults to Revamped and layout to 2017 whenever the game loads or is restarted by either failing in survivor mode or quitting the main game.Their is one more option in this menu, and it does save between games.Press the triangle button to switch the game's audio language between english and french.Default is english, but their is no sound when switching this option, so be careful.Also, some sceens aren't in French, but are subtitled in that language when it's active.The BasementHere is the menu for the basement.Use up and down to move the cursor and X to select.Press Circle to bakc out of production stills or theater mode.The cursor will always return to theater mode when backing out of another mode.Theater mode. Locked. Finish the game to unlock it, then find more seens by replaying the game.1995 documentary Dangerous games.Conversation with             James Riley.Timeline. Locked. Finish the game to unlock it.Production stills. partially Locked. Complete various tasks to unlock more.Seen of the crime. Locked. Play a perfect game of Night Trap to unlock it.Now with all that out of the way, here's the guide itself.Night trap is an fmv game, meaning that it's completely based around full-motion video sceens with live action acters.As far as the interface goes, it's simple as well, though the difficulty in playing the game relies heavily on memorising the locations of the vampires; Augurs; so you can trap them.Everything in the martin house happens in real time, so memorization is the key to getting a perfect game.Their is a menu with eight different camera feeds you can choose to watch.Move the cursor to a feed, then press Square or X to switch to it.The feeds are:HALL 1 | KITCHEN | ENTRYWAY | LIVING ROOM |  BATHROOM | BEDROOM | HALL 2 | DRIVEWAY | When starting a new game or reloading a saved game, you'll always start in the driveway.Regarding trap access colors.You always start on blue when starting a new game, but loading a saved one will put you on the color you had selected at the checlpoint's creation, but the Martin children will change the code to a random selection at 4 points during the course of the 25 minute game.The order of the colors; going right; isblue, green. orange, purple, red, yellow.The color buttons rap, so pressing R1 on yellow will take you back to blue.So; for example; if Sheila Martin tells her son Jeffrey to change the trap access color from blue to red, you would have to either press R1 four times, or L1 two times to make the color red.I'll add more to this guide vary shortly, as I'm still discovering more about this game as I play through it.

You do need sighted help to learn the order of the trap colors, but that's in my guide...So, yeh, I think it is fully playable.I haven't finished it myself yet, but I plan on it soon.I'm following a youtube perfect playthrough by fmv world right now, but once I master the game, I'm going to make my own.I also have an ogg audio dump of the fmv world playthrough, if you're interested in that.Later!

@108: Since you are talking about favourite tracks, I can say I have quite a few:For boss themes, I especially like 8-4 and 10-4, with that last one sounding like something from a 16 bit Final Fantasy game in it's orchestration and emphasis on the bass.I also like the first battle theme when fighting against the bio-control system, which was also used in BK2.For field themes, I don't really have a favourite one, except maybe the one in stage 10-1, which I like to call the nature's waltz since, whenever it's used in the trilogy, it's never in buildings, at least not that I remember.I also like that the theme that plays when you get spoted in stage 21 sounds like it has been done with an old FM chip like a YM2151.As for shop themes, my favourite is clearly the one that can be heard in stage 4, 6 and 18. A staple of the series, like many other shop themes.

yeah, there's a way to fix it. go to the properties of swamp. tab to the kompatibility tab and Override high DPI scaling behavior.Scaling performed by:  check box  checked. that box should be checked and you should be good to go

wel. that's nice of you. but sstill. you're prooving your self that you're just ignoring the posts above and just throw out stuffs because you simply don't like it.as amine said above, there are tunns of newbies that survives without any problem. you should probably google up how to avoid being too hot. that'll maybe give you a better understanding of how the game is actually ment to be. and just to point this out. i do know that some of the stuffs like hunger are abit unbalanced but it'll be fixed, guys

I found a method for anyone who may find it difficult to grind for metal to create weapons such as snake chain or triple yoyo. Simply set the dial in 18-3 to 9, go to the landing spot in 18-2, wait for items to fall until the falling noise changes, pick up all the items, then repeat the two last steps a few times. It's a bit tedious, but I got a snake chain rather quickly this way.

I agree, the game is already amazing as it is, and it's without a doubt the audiogame on which I spent the most hours. In fact, the only suggestions that I would have are about the jukebox. Maybe the rest of the tracks could be added as collectable or even put into the shops. Also, maybe add a feature to let one know who composed what track. Adding all the tracks of the trilogy would be awesome, but it would be already good with simply the tracks from this game.I also like the idea of a practice room.I understand that you want to shift to a new series Yukyo, and whatever the next series will be, I'll be waiting for it.Though I shall add, as other people before me, that I found the story of the BK series very entertaining, more so than other audiogame stories I know.

Probably best to go with the TV, since Narrator may not start right away. And since consoles would only have one video output, that would have to go into the capture card.  Hooking it up to the TV would work, but then the TV would have to go into the capture card... so there's really no point in the extra step. haha.
