In LibreOffice, by default, no-break space have a specific colour effect.

Why would you like to show non-breaking spaces by default? They are not shown
on the screen and I do not like the idea to do this different in braille.
A non-breaking space is IMHO a typographic matter and I would say that it
should be made visible when needed.

discussing if we should define no-breaking space to zero dots. When you read a 
web page, for instance, a sighted person does not distinguish between space and 
no-breaking space. Why would a braille reader like to distinguish between these 
characters?

The Norwegian braille table for BRLTTY, no-generic.ttb, has defined no-breaking 
space as an alias for space.

I use 

systemctl suspend

Regarding problems after suspend:
I occasionally experience a complete lock of the system, in which the laptop
fan runs on full power and the system is not responsive anymore. This can be
unrelated to BRLTTY and is hard to reproduce.

like to have a look at this. Does anyone know a command line way that I can put
my desktop to sleep and then wake it up again? I've heard of the s2ram command,
but I don't have it.

Okay. Also, could you please send me your zh-tw updates as a patch based on the
latest development code? The flat files created such a huge diff so I'm
suspecting that something must be wrong.
