There's been movement towards a 3.0.1 release, but I don't think anyone's formally volunteered to be RC or identify a general target for the release. If we decide whether or not to upgrade dependencies, that's all fine. Would like to see some analysis/discussion of this… --kevan

Updating dependencies sometimes can be a lot of work. So as long as updating OpenJPA /. OpenEJB doesn't cause a lot headaches I'm all for it. But in short term I think we should be concentrating on getting a new 3.0 release out. Jarek On Tue, Apr 23, 2013 at 8:45 AM, Kevan Miller wrote: > I see there is a new OpenJPA release. Hi Kevan, Just in case it's needed, I just wanted to mention the latest OpenEJB release is 4.5.2. The 4.6.0 (trunk) will be out soon hopefully. update dependencies?
I see there is a new OpenJPA release. I also noticed that our OpenEJB depencency is 4.0.0-beta-1. Any plans on updating these (or other dependencies)? --kevan
