The Dash search bar still uses the text "Search your computer and online
sources", when the privacy setting "Include online search results" is
off.

This is confusing to users as the explicitly disable online search but
unity is still telling them it is searching online when it isn't.

affects me too, my panel service was over 645 MB RSS with one cpu pegged
at 100% before I restarted my desktop (up time was about a week).

  Since upgrading to saucy, I've seen a lot of memory consumption with
  unity-panel-service, leading to menus taking a second or two to draw
  when simply hovering over File, View, etc.
