Speaking of Gvile area restaurants, The Yearling always had special meaning
for us. It's where our (my husband and I) parents met for the first time, and
we've celebrated many special occasions there over the years. We didn't make it
by last year but hoping for an opportunity this season.

Sorry for the typos. I have had my left hand in a cast since July 4 and I have to type with one hand. Tuesday night looks like fun. I recall the Sovereign doing a completely different menu one night a week. IIRC, the chef/owner's wife (Lupé?) was Central or South American, and that night she cooked traditional fare from her childhood. Yeah, I was wondering that too. What I found on the Internets was that it's a resort in Niceville. Definitely not 18 min away from Gainesville. So I am not sure.
