As someone who has recently become the owner of an Android HTC G1, I
would also be very interested.

Thanks.

I could be tempted to do a talk, I'll have to see if I manage to find
the time to write one :)

I'd certainly be interested in hearing that talk.

Hi, please add me to the list. If people are interested I could give a
talk about the state of "embedded" Linux, covering the better known
Andriod and Maemo distributions but also looking at the wide range of
devices that have Linux inside them. The vast majority of people in this
country use Linux every single day, even if they don't realise it.

Bye for now,
Chris.

Super, I will use a projector. This will make a nice change from being a BaB
meeting facilitator.

Yes.

ebook excerpt: “This ebook is designed to help you gain some deeper insight
into a small scale, technical Open Source software development collaboration.
Perhaps you, the reader, have started, or are part way through, a project; or
you are a manager or investor wanting to dig a little deeper into the inner
workings of Open Source software development. As the designer, developer and
author of a project I recently completed a stage of collaboration that took
the software from a prototype to a beta-1 evaluation product. I’ll be talking
you through the stages of development from initial conception to beta-1.” –

delete the ebook or forward to a friend to review if you don't like it or

Absolutely! We have an auditorium with an enormous projector and

Are talks practical? I'd like to offer a 15-20 minute talk, with or without a
projector, about my new ebook "Walking With the Elephants".
