[Histonet] antibody protocol for CXCL13
Our heme path docs are interested in this antibody and I wondered if anyone has a protocol they can share?We have the Leica Bond 3 as our staining platform/detection system. Tony - We were on the same page. We purchased fresh beef liver, sectioned and froze it, cut and stained duplicate blocks and had the pathologist sign off on the process. We were also able to get some tonsils delivered fresh and did them, too. Terri Terri L.
