Hello Histonetters I need to bleach melanin out of some paraffin sections. The only bleaching solution I have is a 3% H2O2. I know you can bleach melanin in a 10% H2O2 solution for 1 to 2 days. How long do you think it will take to bleach the section in a 3% solution? Of course everyone wants it yesterday or I could order the K permanganate and oxalic acid I really need. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
