P4 1.8 termasuk sweet spot buat overclocking tuh, saya punya bisa
sampai 2.52 GHz di-OC. yang dibutuhkan adalah mobo yang support
mengendalikan FSB secara manual. mobo yang saya pakai support untuk
mengendalikan FSB per 1 MHz, jadi saya coba satu persatu dari kondisi
normal sampai paling akhir dia bisa stabil, dan akhirnya dapet 2.52
GHz itu. ini komputer sudah saya pakai 3 tahun, jadi jangan takut kalo
ada yang ngomong komputer yang OC itu cuma tahan 1 tahun. masalah
komputer tahan lama atau tidak itu adalah bagaimana cara anda
memelihara komputer secara keseluruhan, dijaga agar tetap dingin
misalnya, sehingga awet.

= Aha... masalah klasik Windows... heran di 2003 masih juga 
terjadi seperti ini? :( Saya juga baru ngalamin di Win2K Pro saya 
kemaren... niatnya mau geser ke Win2K3 (buat workstation sih, bukan 
server)... setelah denger cerita Anda, well kayanya masih sami mawon 
nih...

lain (yang ada OS Win98)?

= Kurang jelas nih permasalahannya... (ato saya yang ga nangkep).
Waktu install ulang itu di HP ML dengan 1 HDD saja (SCSI itu?).
Enggak detect-nya dimana? (definisi "pas tengah2 install" itu waktu 
dimana? Waktu pemilihan destination partition gitu?).

Biasanya Controller SCSI butuh driver tambahan saat install Windows. 
Biasanya Anda harus tekan F6 (ada keterangannya saat pertama kali 
install) buat install additional SCSI/SATA/RAID driver... masukkan 
disket driver controller SCSI Anda (biasanya dikasih koq). Setelah itu 
baru kedetect. Apa ini permasalahan Anda?
