Masalah hardware yang di solusikan rekan2 di atas biasanya terjadi kalo
hardwarenya bukan onboard (Rawan goyang di slot waktu pemasangan) atau bisa
juga karena memory atau harddrive atau cdroom... Kalo masalahnya di memory
kayaknya nggak... soalnya dah bisa ngeload bios dan windows, kalo masalahnya
di harddrive bisa jadi ada badsector, kalo masalahnya di cdroom juga bisa...

Tapi belum tentu juga  karena hardaware... Cara classic untuk tahu
masalahnya iya lewat safe mode... (tanpa perlu copot sana sini dulu).
Walaupun masuk ke safe mode belum tentu mengatasi masalah ini...

Begini kira2 tujuan masuk safe mode :

   1. Waktu load windows secara normal yang muncul cuma bar berjalan...
   di safe mode kita bisa liat file2 apa yang sedang di load windows waktu
   start up (system, driver, dll...). Soo... ketika status file yang di load
   terakhir adalah file 123.sys (misalnya) dan setelah itu windows
   hang... artinya ada yang gak beres berhubungan dengan file 123.sys.
   Tanya google untuk file yang mencurigakan itu :P
   2. Ketika safe mode windows hanya me load driver2 dan services2
   standard jadi jika diketahui ada konflik di vga driver misalnya maka windows
   safe mode akan menggunakan driver default untuk vga.
   3. Adalah solusi terbaik untuk running windows di safe mode, mungkin
   untuk menghilangkan virus / spyware, mantenance atau melakukan tricky2
   administrator

Disain awal (ada beberapa aletrnatif) akan saya bawa pada saat Gathering 
III, mudah2an rekan-rekan bisa membantu memberikan masukan untuk proses 
proofing. (maaf sekali saya tidak sempat meng-upload file disain tsb 
karena flashdisk saya tertinggal di rumah, insya allah kalau koneksi 
internet di rumah sdh up lagi (radio wireless saya mati kena petir), 
akan saya upload sebelum 27 mei'06). Untuk rekan-rekan yang belum 
sempat mengirimkan/belum melengkapi Form Bio Data, bisa disusulkan atau 
dilengkapi.

pengalaman saya spam terkadang mengirimkan dengan alamat pengirim yang aneh
dan itu bisa diatasi dengan bayesian analysis.
lalu untuk spam yang sangat nge-trend saat ini memang seperti itu iklan yang

hanya tulisan
tetapi tulisan itu bukan text tetapi image. hal ini bisa diatasi dengan 
header checking
di program GFI Mailessentials dengan mengaktifkan "Check if email contains 
remote image only"
tetapi kalau ada sender mengirim email menggunakan outlook yang memakai 
stationary (image background)
tetapi dengan SEDIKIT tulisan maka otomatis akan ke blok juga...

Ketergantungan Activasi pada Hardware

pd proses instalasi selain memasukkan cd key utk bisa melakukan proses 
instalasi mk dibutuhkan setelah proses tsb selesai akan terjadi 
"Instalation ID" yg mana hal tsb amat tergantung pada:

1.display adapter
2.scsi adapter
3.IDE adapter
4.Network adapter MAC Address
5.RAM ammount range
6.Processor type
7.Processor s*r*al number
8.hard drive device
9.hard drive volume s*r*al number
10.CD-Rom/CD-RW/DVD-Rom

"instalation ID" bisa diberikan kepada setelah anda mengontak microsoft 
by phone or melakukan kontak mll internet,selanjutnya anda akan diberi 
code utk melakukan hal tsb,repot yah..?tetapi jika anda membeli sebuah 
komputer/laptop yg sdh terinstal OS mk biasanya anda tidak memerlukan 
proses aktivasi,lisensi ini dinamakan OEM,sistem operasi jenis ini 
biasanya akan mengecek BIOS dan melewati proses aktivasi dan jika tidak 
sesuai mk akan meminta proses aktivasi.jenis proteksi ini dikenal sbg 
"System Locked Pre-installation"...

Hati-hati dalam menganti harware anda...

telah diceritakan bahwa penggantian harware akan mempengaruhi sistem 
aktivasi dan instalation ID,waah susah ya jd ndak isa gonta-ganti 
hardware donk...bukan begitu sih pd prakteknya,pergantian yg dianggap 
"significan" akan mempengaruhi legalitas aktivasi tsb,so apa sih 
"significannya"..? ternyata hal2 tsb akan bisa bener2 mengganggu proses 
aktivasi apabila anda mengganti lbh dr 4 hardware sekaligus.

disini tidak akan dibahas bagaimana cara aktivasi tsb krn sudah 
melanggar undang2 HAKI tp akan dibahas dgn jelas backup sistem aktvasi 
pd saat system anda mengalami crash dan memerlukan instal ulang,sbb spt 
kita ketahui dr awal aktivasi ini selalu diminta setelah kita menginstal 
ulang sistem bukan...

file2 yg menyimpan sistem aktivasi,spt licensi,sejarah pembelian,jumlah 
pengguna,dlsbnya ternyata disimpan di

1.\windows\system32\cpl.cfg
2.\windows\system32\Lls\Lluser.lls

Saya lagi cari software yang free, under windows xp yang fungsinya untuk
lock fasilitas dial up.

Jadi nantinya hanya user atau yang punya otorisasi untuk dial up saja yang
bisa dial up [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Program mungkin sama dengan dial up lock me (hasil google -> tapi share
ware).

Ini saya lakukan, karena komputer 1 dipakai untuk :
1. Pakai kerja
2. Main game
3. Pakai internet.

Jadi yang bisa pakai kerja dikomputer ini, tapi dia tidak bisa pakai
internet dikomputer ini juga.

ada ga software untuk menjalankan satu windows, misal windows xp dijalankan 
bersamaan dalam 2 pc ??? artinya... saya ingin menampilkan secara bersamaan 
tampilan windows dengan 2 pc ( 2 cpu & 2 monitor) ??? ada ga ??? tolong dibantu 
juga cara penggunaannya.. saya butuh buat acara seminar saya. diseminar saya 
ingin menggunakan 2 projector. berhubung saya tidak punya alat converter & 
harganya mahal untuk menghubungkan 2 projector ke satu pc, makanya saya mau 
cari software yang bisa menjalankan 1 program dengan 2 pc.

ada textbox untuk memasukkan nama file yang kita cari misalnya mau cari yang 
extention nya doc. Berarti kita tinggal ketik *.doc,
   
  Yang jadi masalah, textbox tersebut gk ada. Yang ada cuma search assistantnya 
doang Kenapa ya...???

Ups, trim's buat koreksinya. Saya terburu-buru menuliskan reply sampe
statementnya salah.
Saya lihat memang paradox dan dbf foxpro sudah masuk kriteria RDBMS.
Hanya saja, mengutip istilah Pak Albert, kedua database itu masih bersifat
flat file, dan ini yang saya worried memakan banyak resource tidak hanya di
sisi server, tapi juga di traffic network.
Ke depannya (dan memang sekarang juga sedang dalam tahap development),
aplikasi-aplikasi database tsb akan di perbarui dengan SQL Server yang lebih
"True RDBMS" :)
