Maaf, ini bukan solusi yang efektif
Tapi mudah-mudahan bermanfaat
Saya juga pernah mengalami hal yang sama
Waktu itu saya menggunakan dual boot (Fedora Core 5
dgn Win XP)
Terus sebelum ke OS nya biasanya ada pilihan melalui
GRUB
Untuk memilih OS yang mana saya ingin pakai
Setelah bosan dgn Linux rencananya saya ingin kembali
install XP pure tanpa
Linux, ternyata saya ngga bisa hapus File GRUBnya,
padahal saya udah fornmat

Dgn memasukkan ke komp lain sebagai slave
Indikasinya : ketika saya boot dgn CD XP akan muncul
message seperti
menginstall XP normally, tetapi begitu minta restart
dan hidup lagi
..balik ke message yang samadan akhirnya
begitu
berulang-ulang...akhirnya saya lowformat baru bisa
deh ke hilangin
GRUBnya ituini mungkin agak riskan ..soalnya
lowformat bisa merusak
HD
Tapi alhamdulillah sukses sih.Good luck..
Or if any alternate solution.plz share..

trouble, penanganannya cepat.
Saran saya gunakan merk yang sudah cukup dikenal, seperti ICA, APC

Dicoba pake AVG Antivirus Free Edition.
1.Abaikan dahulu perintah menscan pada saat proses
final install dan registrasi.
2.Update AVG, klo ada mslh koneksi, rubah update
manager dengan meng enable proxy server.
3.rubah setting shell(saya lupa) pada pilihan san
all files, biasanya pilihannya hanya untuk scan
infected virus aja. Hal inilah mengapa sy menyarankan
untuk mengabaikan scan pada proses final instalasi dan
registrasi.
4.Kemudian baru di san...dianjurkan untuk memilih scan
complete, tp klo sdh terbiasa bisa memilih pilihan san
area.

Mudah2an bisa membantu, maaf jg klo ada salah dlm
penyampaian..mgk teman2 yg lain bisa menambahkan.

kalo pengalaman saya tinggal masukin lagi cd office 2003nya pas instaler itu 
muncul cuman sekali doang kesananya aman-aman saja.

Anda liat apa nama file yg terinfeksi, misalkan 'win***32.dll'. File yang 
terinfeksi ini ga bs dihapus begitu saja, musti lewat 'recovery console' apa ya 
kemarin. 

Jd anda install dl recovery console itu dgn cd xp, trus restart, dan masuk ke 
recovery console tsb... trus delete file yg terinfeksi. Ngedelete-nya anda 
harus login sbg admin

Atau lebih detailnya... klik aja nama virusnya, pas di report scan.

Kebetulan sy abis kena juga varian trojan horse... y.i. trojan.nebuler. Tp 
Alhamdulillah sdh ga ada lagii...
Sy jg pake norton.

Mohon pencerahannya nih... 
kemaren saya baru buat account email baru di yahoo.co.id

kemudian dibuat setting account email POP3 nya

pop3. server : pop.mail.yahoo.com
smtp server  : smtp.mail.yahoo.com

tetapi sewaktu mencoba menarik email muncul pesan untuk memasukkan username dan 
password, setelah diisi tetap tidak bisa login.

setelah di Cancel terdapat pesan bahwa username/password nya salah... tetapi 
sewaktu dicoba langsung login ke websitenya tidak ada masalah

mungkin rekan2 pernah ada yang mengalamin kejadian seperti saya?kalo ada mohon 
bantuan untuk pemecahan masalah ini

1. Om, mungkin sewaktu install office-nya lewat lan ya?
jadi mungkin kalo si user non admin nyoba jalanin, dia
ngerasa ada instalasi yg blom lengkap, trus nyari file
isntallernya ke jaringan, tapi gak bisa, karena mungkin
dia dibatasi rights-nya.

ada juga kemungkinan, user tersebut mencoba pasang
add-in yg sebelumnya tidak secara default dipasang,
jadi dia nyari installernya lewat lan yg mungkin dianya
gak punya akses.

mungkin dicoba kalo pake installernya dikopi ke harddisk.

Indonesia yang belum terjangkau telepon? Saya pernah mendengar tentang
teknologi DVB melalui koneksi satelit, namun hanya bisa 1 way, upstream
masih harus menggunakan dial up biasa. Apakah ada solusi lain?



*** Setahu saya, tidak semua provider VSAT hanya bisa 1 way. Tawaran koneksi
1 way (downstream only) itu biasanya berkaitan dengan harga. Coba kontak ke
lintaslangit.net atau lihat link ini:

 &task=view&id=21&Itemid=53. Atau bisa juga ke citra sari makmur
(CSM). 

Cuma kalau untuk solusi murah, rasanya tidak akan jadi murah kalau pakai
koneksi satelit. Apalagi 2 way. Tapi kalau hanya itu yang bisa digunakan,
tentunya akan relatif murah ketimbang tidak ada koneksi internet sama
sekali. :p

Coba cari informasi lain, barangkali saja ada penyedia jasa wireless di
tempat anda. Dengar-dengar ada sebuah daerah di Kalimantan yang belum
terjangkau jalur telepon tapi bisa menggunakan koneksi wireless 2.4 GHz.

Kalo komputer tidak terhubung dan jaringan internet.bisa menggunakan 
update intelligent.
caranya mendowload update intelligent ini di situs www. symantec.com. 
(Sebenarnya cara ini tidak terlalu handal untuk mengusir virus, soalnya kalo 
ada update intelligent yang menangkal virus tertentu tidak kita ambil 
sementara virus itumuncul maka komputer kita tidak bisa 
menangkalnya.Barangkali begitu).
Langkah-langkah mendowload update intelligent symantec:
1. buka situs www.symantec.com
2. klik virus difinition pada sub download
3. klik tulisan website (tulisan dengan warna merah setelah kalimat live 
update
4. klik tulisan download virus definitions (intelligent updater only)
5. lalu klik button download updates
6. Ada 3 pilihan intelligent updater yang bisa diambil. Kalo menurutku 
sesuaikan dengan keperluan kitaambil intelligent updater yang 
ber-ekstensi exe pertama aja (bagian atas). bila untuk pc seperti yang kita 
gunakan sekarang (arsitektur 32 bit)

Dear rekasn, saya menemukan kesulitan untuk membikin lookup pada 
form di access. Look up yg saya inginkan dalam form misalnya : 
jika kita klik sebuah kode negara (combo box dan loop up ke table1), 
maka pada combo box (tabel2) berikutnya muncul daftar kota sesuai 
dgn negara yg dipilih. desain tabelnya sprt ini . 

tabel1 : (tabel master) 
1. kode negara (textbook) 
2. nama negara (textbook) 

tabel2 
1 kode negara - combobox -(look up ke tabel1) ini bisa saya lakukan 
2 kode kota (textbook) 
3.nama kota (textbook) 

tabel transaksi 
1.Kode Negara - combo box - (look up ke tabel1) 
2. kode kota - combo box - (look up ke tabel 2, dgn item yang tampil

Jauh banget dah dari kenyataan ... download max 750mb/hari .. speed yang
didapatkan kalo diukur dalam seminggu rata-rata dibawah 20kbps ! gmn bisa
750mb/hari .. kalo malem seh cepet .. itu juga jam 22 s/d jam 07.00 .. wah
.. males saya jadi manusia nocturnal !
