Mengenai virus, di scan nya dengan program anti virus apa ? dengan virus 
definition terakhir kapan ?  Kalau virus definition nya sudah lama, dengan 
sendirinya, virus baru tidak akan terdeteksi.

Periksa program apa saja yang digunakan saat start.  Kalau saat start sangat 
banyak dan filenya besar-besar dengan sendirinya akan siap dalam waktu yang 
lama.
Bisa juga diperiksa program apa saja yang dijalankan saat start dengan masuk ke 
Start, Run, ketikkan msconfig dan setelah menu System Configuration Utility nya 
tampil, klik Startup dan lihat program apa saja yang di centang. Kalau mau 
cepat, coba semua centangnya dibuang dengan meng klik Disable All dan klik OK, 
maka akan ada pesan System Configuration yang mengharuskan kita me resestart 
komputer, kalau ada sistim yang konfigurasinya diubah dan klik Restart.  
Setelah itu, bisa diperhatikan, apakah sekarang komputer start dengan cepat.  
Kalau ya, bisa masuk ke menu yang sama dan yang tahu dan penting saja yang 
dicentang.

Memahami Distribusi Perangkat Lunak Microsoft 
Perlu diketahui, bahwa dalam masalah perangkat lunak komputer, terdapat
berbagai kebijakan tergantung dari vendor perangkat lunak tersebut. Dalam
dokumen ini, hanya akan dijelaskan mengenai kebijakan distribusi dan
penjualan perangkat lunak komputer milik Microsoft.

Bicara mengenai distribusi perangkat lunak Microsoft, tidak bisa dilepaskan
dari tehnik lisensinya. Berikut ini adalah tehnik lisensinya. 

Full Package Product (FPP). 
Adalah produk yang bisa ditemui pada website-website terkenal semacam
www.amazon.com . Produk ini memang ditujukan bagi pengguna perseorangan.
Jalur lisensi FPP, produknya dikemas dalam dus bagus dan disertai buku
manual. Dari segi harga, jenis lisensi ini adalah yang paling mahal.

Original End Manufacturing (OEM). 
Microsoft bekerjasama dengan pihak pabrik dan perakit PC untuk menjual PC
yang dihasilkan sekaligus dengan SO Windows yang ada (bundled). Perlu
diketahui, bahwa untuk lisensi OEM, hanya terdapat produk SO Desktop, SO
Server, dan Office saja. Tidak akan ditemui Visual Studio atau Visio
misalnya. Selain itu, juga tidak akan ada perbedaan harga antara konsumen
dari kalangan pemerintahan/komersial, pendidikan, atau organisasi nir-laba.

Open License Program (OLP).
Ini adalah jalur yang khusus ditujukan bagi konsumen-konsumen yang ingin
membeli perangkat lunak Microsoft dalam jumlah lebih dari 5 lisensi.
Dipandang dari segi harga, kelengkapan produk, dan investasi. Jenis lisensi
ini adalah yang paling lengkap dan murah. Mengapa ? karena adanya opsi
semisal Software Assurance (SA) dan Select Agreement. Dimana secara
investasi dan arus kas amat menguntungkan.

Catatan: Dalam pembelian OLP, pembeli sebaiknya juga membeli CD installer
untuk tiap macam software yang dibelinya setidaknya satu unit

Tiga Macam Distribusi Harga
Seperti disinggung secara tersirat diatas, bahwa selain ada jalur lisensi,
ada juga macam distribusi harga tergantung dari siapa pengguna akhirnya.
Disinilah Microsoft membedakan dalam 3 golongan konsumen, yaitu:   

Kalangan Pemerintahan dan Komersial.
Adalah golongan yang mendapat harga tertinggi. Pada golongan ini, bisaanya
ada kode NL atau C dibagian daftar harga. Siapa yang berhak mendapat harga
OLP NL dan OLP C, tergantung dari jumlah point pembelian perangkat lunaknya.

Kalangan Pendidikan.   
Semua sekolah dari tingkat TK hingga universitas termasuk dalam kategori
ini. Bahkan lembaga kursus pun juga termasuk dalam golongan ini.  Pada
golongan pendidikan, harga jelas jauh lebih murah daripada milik golongan
pemerintahan dan komersial.

Kalangan Organisasi Nirlaba.
Golongan ini semisal Yayasan yang bergerak dalam bidang kesehatan atau
semacamnya, organisasi politik, organisasi keagamaan (semisal NU atau
Muhammadiyah), dsb. Harga bagi golongan konsumen ini adalah diatas harga
kalangan pendidikan dan dibawah harga kalangan pemerintahan dan komersial.

Beberapa kemungkinan:

- usb yg digunakan rusak/corrupt

- ukuran pst terlalu besar (misal 1 giga), sehingga proses copy-paste tidak

sempurna



Alternatif

- coba buat profile baru, lalu buka pst tersebut apakah bisa digunakan/tidak

- archieve data agar didapat pst yang lebih kecil

- split pst jadi beberapa file yg lebih kecil

Selamat siang rekan2 semua. Di kantor saya akhir2 ini internet dibatasi 
penggunaannya. Hanya sekitar 1,5 jam di jam2 tertentu. Utk efisiensi lah 
katanya dsb. Tetapi hal itu telah membuat kita “hanya bisa” mendptkan informasi 
dr “luar” Cuma 1,5 jam. Itukan proses pembodohan atw pemiskinan intelektual?? 
Lalu, terlepas dari sisi positif dan negatifnya, ternyata tdk semua komputer 
karyawan di batasi. Ada bbrp yg tdk dibatasi, krn dianggap tugasnya lebih 
penting dr yg lainlah, kenal org ITnyalah, dsb. Sy merasa diperlakukan tdk 
adil. Kalau bos wajar tdk dibatasi, tp bbrp yg tdk dibatasi ini statusnya sama 
dgn sy & spt kary2 yg lain. 
   
  Untuk itu sy iseng2 memakai serial_x_netstat_professional_v5 utk net 
diagnostics (thanks nemesis-byte, IT center, Jasakom, elitehacker dsb :-“ ) utk 
mendptkan data2 tertentu yg sy harap dpt dimanfaatkan demi kemerdekaan memiliki 
informasi. 
  Hasilnya, di internet setting dalam connectivitiy muncul data-2 sebagai 
berikut:
  -  connection prefference
  -  Lan setting (value nya kosong)
  -  Autoconfig proxy
  -  Autoproxy detect mode
  -  AutoConfig URL
  -  Proxy
  -  ProxyServer
  -  ProxyOverride
  Sedangkan dalam network adapter terdpt ket/data2 sbb:
  -  PNP DeviceID
  -  Adapter type
  -  Default IP gateway
  -  DHCPEnabled
  -  DHCP Server
  -  MAC Address
  Selain data-2 di atas, dgn alat tsb dan perintah Netsh serta nbtstat di cmd 
prompt,sy juga mendptkan data2 seperti:
  -  network client
  -  DNS Server search order
  -  IP address saya dan subnet mask-nya
  -  Physical address
  -   Configuration for interface local area connection
  -  Interface metric
  -  DNS Server configured through DHCP
  -  Node ip address
  Lalu sy coba ke netsh interface ip, show ip address&ip net nya gak bisa.the 
routing &remote access service tidak running,. O ya sy jg mendptkan data2 
IPXADDRESS, ipxvirtual net number dan setting id.
   
  Pertanyaan saya, dengan segala data2 (peluru bukan ya??:p) yg saya miliki di 
atas, apa yang dapat saya lakukan untuk membuat komputer saya terus terkoneksi 
ke internet?? Shg sy tdk perlu menunggu saat2 komputer nyambung ke internet. 
  Istilahnya, gimana disaat jam2 “boleh internet” itu berakhir, komputer 
saya&rekan2 sekitar saya (ada 4 komptr) dpt tetap terkoneksi ke internet. Sbg 
tambahan, kantor sy menggunakan LAN dan proxy. Terimakasih kawan2. Mohon maaf 
bila pertanyaan sy konyol atw salah tulis, krn latar belakang saya bukan IT.:p

Kalau PC terhubung dgn network bisa banyak sebab co: DNS fail,

soalnya kalo cuman pake Symbian nanggung banget...banyak yang ag support
softwarenya
kalo PDA kebanyakan da pake Windows mobile..
Dengan harga bersaing bisa kok dapat PDA dengan Prosessor berkecepatan

Sony Ericsson P990i patut dipertimbangkan untuk dibeli. Saran saya
sich jgn beli Nokia Communicator 9500, karena banyak teman saya
yg memakai Nokia 9500 ini akhirnya dijual second. Katanya sich
sering hang, padahal sudah dibawa ke service centre resmi dan
sudah diperbaiki. Kejadian ini terulang kembali, walaupun program
yg ada sudah diupgrade dgn yg versi terbaru. Sepertinya HP ini
produk gagal dari Nokia. Lalu harga secondnya juga jatuh banget,
karena banyak org yg sudah tahu Nokia tipe ini produk gagal.

Yg patut anda pertimbangkan juga adalah Nokia 9300i, yg ini
lebih stabil dan jarang banget hang ketika membuka bermacam
aplikasi yg ada di dlm HP tsb. Saya pernah coba testing HP
ini, lumayan bagus koq. Klo Nokia E65 dan Nokia E60 belum
pernah coba, jadi maaf saja saya gak tahu ttg kelebihan dan
kekurangannya.

[ITCENTER] Delete File Tidak Masuk Recycle Bin

Dear Bro & Sist,
   
  Mohon pencerahannya,
  Saya delete file yang ada pada drive D knapa tidak masuk ke recycle bin ya? 
padahal saya cuman pencet "Delete". Sedangkan ketika saya delete file yang ada 
pada drive C otomatis bisa masuk recycle bin. Untuk semua setting pada 
properties recycle bin sudah saya samakan dengan pc lain yang tidak problem. 
Namun tampilan pada properties recycle bin tersebut tidak ada tab untuk drive D 
yang semestinya ada, jadi hanya ada tab "Global" dan "Local Drive C". Adakah 
yang perlu disetting untuk drive D tersebut?
   
  ***Untuk partisi C dan D sama-sama NTFS.

Beberapa kemungkinan:
- usb yg digunakan rusak/corrupt
- ukuran pst terlalu besar (misal 1 giga), sehingga proses copy-paste tidak
sempurna

Alternatif
- coba buat profile baru, lalu buka pst tersebut apakah bisa digunakan/tidak
- archieve data agar didapat pst yang lebih kecil
- split pst jadi beberapa file yg lebih kecil

Minta bantuannya dong, dikantor gua ada kompi yg kena virus.
Mungkin kemarin2 udah ada jg yg pernah ngalamin seperti ini.
Virusnya matiin DOS Prompt nya, and regedit nya berubah jadi file
notepad itu pun kalo kebuka langsung ketutup lagi.
Tiap jam 10 pagi dia munculin gambar cewe sekitar beberapa lama trus
ngilang lagi. 
Trus kayanya virusnya nge blok biar ga' bisa install program apapun
sekalipun Win Xp. Soalnya waktu masukin CD WinXp nya dia ga' mau
install.

Mungkin dari temen2 IT ada yg bisa kasih solusi ke saya What to do.

Semoga sedikit membantu, perbandingan jumlag user terhadap besarnya bandwith 
memang ada, apabila secara bersamaan ke 26 user itu semua up, berarti 
dimasing-masing user itu dari LAN apabila bandwith 64 Kbps, koneksi internet 
melambat (secara hitungan bila up semua dalam satu waktu ya cuma dpt 2.5 Kbps).

Kalo saya bisa katakan dengan user 26, bandwith 64 Kbps itu cukup (apalagi kalo 
koneksinya clear chanel), karena hitungan 26 user up itu per milisecond 
rentannya, kalo di kondisikan itu ga mungkin terjadi.

Maaf seperti menggurui,

Tapi apabila Bapak mau upgrade bisa ke bandwith 128 Kbps aja, media nya yang 
cocok pake media wireless aja (budget lebih feasibel)

Begitu juga dg kita disini Om,

Masih menggunakan dumb terminal sbg console untuk mesin2 lama, untuk yg
baru2 (iSeries yg ber-LPar) udah lebih gaya pake HMC (Hardware Management
Console).

Kalau kebetulan dumb terminal rusak masih bisa di akalin konek lewat
serial dg Client Access Operation Console pake PC ketimbang ganti dumb
terminal, mana udah jarang yg jual & mahal pula ...

Untuk emulator 5250 di Linux ada beberapa pilihan ;

TN5250j (Java)
http://tn5250j.sourceforge.net/
saya udah pake 2th lebih, lumayan bisa lsg tarik PF ke format
xls,txt,csv,html ...

Mocha TN5250
http://www.mochasoft.dk
kecil & praktis, sayangnya hanya bisa nyimpan 1 workstation profile sbg
default connection.

Sepertinya komp tsb terkena virus brontok.
Untuk cleanup nya : pertama booting komp ke safe mode dan jalankan 
program brontok washer atau yg sejenisnya, untuk lebih jelasnya baca readme
program tersebut.

programnya bisa di download, cari aja dengan google saya lupa alamatnya.

Dear Rekan2 IT,

Minta bantuannya dong, dikantor gua ada kompi yg kena virus.
Mungkin kemarin2 udah ada jg yg pernah ngalamin seperti ini.
Virusnya matiin DOS Prompt nya, and regedit nya berubah jadi file
notepad itu pun kalo kebuka langsung ketutup lagi.
Tiap jam 10 pagi dia munculin gambar cewe sekitar beberapa lama trus
ngilang lagi. 
Trus kayanya virusnya nge blok biar ga' bisa install program apapun
sekalipun Win Xp. Soalnya waktu masukin CD WinXp nya dia ga' mau
install.

Mungkin dari temen2 IT ada yg bisa kasih solusi ke saya What to do.

Utk penentuan harga Software ERP,banyak variannya,dari jumlah user, modul, 
implementasi,etc...coz that's base on specific requirement, saya setuju dgn 
pendapat budi eko, jenis industri juga ikut menentukan applikasi apa yg 
sesuai,krn tiap2 perusahaan punya unique bisnis masing2, adakalanya bidang nya 
sama, tapi tetap aja, bisnis prosesnya berbeda lho...

User kita sudah terlanjur familiar dengan PCLinuxOS, jadi klo ganti distro
takutnya
menggganggu kinerja mereka.
Sekarang yang kita lakukan hanya menunggu keluarnya PCLinuxOS yang terbaru.
Sekarang sudah keluar tapi belum full, semoga lebih baik dari yang
sebelumnya...termasuk sambanya.

Yang sekarang ini juga ada masalah di sharing file, dimana kalau kita
ngebuka file dari network kita tidak bisa langsung melakukan save data(hanya
tersimpan di /usr/tmp/kde-chace-user/krun), akhirnya pake tools untuk
ngemount(agak ribet).

mungkin Power Suplly Lemah atau kena virus bisa jadi sich

coba aja dolo masuk lewat safe mode tekan F8 masuk lewat Safe mode

kalau maksudnya mau ngetik file word/excel, lebih baik beli notebook.

kalau maksudnya mau sekedar view dan edit sedikit-sedikit file ms
office, pilih yang layar besar dan ada keyboard qwerty.

kalau maksudnya mau bisa seperti di atas dan mobile / sering bepergian

Sony Ericsson P990i patut dipertimbangkan untuk dibeli. Saran saya
sich jgn beli Nokia Communicator 9500, karena banyak teman saya
yg memakai Nokia 9500 ini akhirnya dijual second. Katanya sich
sering hang, padahal sudah dibawa ke service centre resmi dan
sudah diperbaiki. Kejadian ini terulang kembali, walaupun program
yg ada sudah diupgrade dgn yg versi terbaru. Sepertinya HP ini
produk gagal dari Nokia. Lalu harga secondnya juga jatuh banget,
karena banyak org yg sudah tahu Nokia tipe ini produk gagal.

Yg patut anda pertimbangkan juga adalah Nokia 9300i, yg ini
lebih stabil dan jarang banget hang ketika membuka bermacam
aplikasi yg ada di dlm HP tsb. Saya pernah coba testing HP
ini, lumayan bagus koq. Klo Nokia E65 dan Nokia E60 belum
pernah coba, jadi maaf saja saya gak tahu ttg kelebihan dan
kekurangannya.

Persaingan USB (Universal Serial Bus) flash disk di pasar komputer mulai 
cenderung "kasar". Ini ditandai dengan masuknya berbagai merek flash 
disk remarked yang dijual dengan harga miring. Masalahnya, banyak dealer 
atau penjual yang tidak tahu menahu apakah flash disk yang mereka jual 
asli atau palsu.

Remarking atau penandaan ulang pada flash disk biasa dilakukan pada 
kapasitas penyimpanan data. Misalnya, flash disk dengan kapasitas 128 MB 
di-remark menjadi 256 MB. Sehingga, harga jualnya menjadi sangat murah 
dibandingkan flash disk yang ber-chipset asli 256 MB.

Praktik remarking ini sangat rapi dan sulit dibuktikan. Karena, flash 
disk biasa dikemas sangat rapat. Selain itu, pada flash disk remarked 
tersebut ditambahkan bug pada chipset. Sehingga bila disambungkan pada 
komputer, yang terbaca adalah kapasitas yang telah di-remark.

Ketika flash disk remarked difungsikan, pengguna takkan merasakan 
perbedaan. Bahkan setelah diformat, kapasitas yang terbaca di komputer 
adalah hasil remarking. Tetapi, bila flash disk diisi data melebihi 60 
hingga 70 persen dari total kapasitas, mulai ada masalah. Misalnya, 
flash disk penuh, hang, data tiba-tiba hilang, dan yang terparah, flash 
disk tak dapat dikenali oleh komputer.

Nah, agar terhindar dari flash disk remarked, ada beberapa cara yang 
bisa dilakukan. Pertama, jangan mudah tergiur dengan harga yang murah 
dan casing yang menarik. Kedua, pastikan flash disk yang dibeli memberi 
garansi cukup lama, minimal tiga tahun. Dan pastikan penjual memberi 
garansi penggantian bila flash disk yang sudah dibeli terbukti telah

[ITCENTER] Alamat Situs Paket-Paket Mandriva 2006

Assalamualaikum rekan-rekan milis semua. Sebelumnya saya baru aja beralih
menggunakan Linux (masih newbie banget), dan saya mau nanya:

Di manakah alamat situs yang menyediakan paket-paket aplikasi (RPM) untuk
Mandriva Linux 2006? Sehingga kita bisa langsung mendownloadnya? Saya ingin
mendownload paket-paket tersebut dari warnet (karena pake jaringan
broadband, untuk alasan efektifitas) agar lebih cepat, dan membuat
repository sendiri (local).  Bagi para miliser yang tahu alamatnya, tolong
beritahu saya, karena banyak aplikasi saya yang 'failed dependencies' yang
membutuhkan library-library, tapi saya gak tau di mana downloadnya.  Atas
bantuannya saya ucapkan terima kasih

Om Iwan,..

Kebetulan sekarang ini saya memang udah memakai
emulator untuk mengakses AS/400,..
namun sebagian saya masih mengunakan "Dumb Terminal"
untuk beberapa terminal salah satu untuk
Console,...atau sebagai adminnya dumb terminal yang
lain.

oo..iya tentang emulator yang bisa di katakan
mengantikan "Dumb terminal" yang selama ini berjalan
di Windows, sekarang ini telah ada untuk Linux,..tapi
sampai saat ini saya belom pernah coba,..

mas iwan sendiri bagaimana..? udah pernah coba,...bisa
di sharing dong,... dan juga tentang AIX nih,..,
rencana kedepan juga mau coba tambahin server
AIX,..dari IBM server Pseries,...

Untuk memilih motherboard juga mesti yg mempunyai banyak seting di bios
dan mempunyai kemampuan tinggi. Tidak mesti dengan mobo yg mahal asal
fitur untk merubah voltage prosesor, memori atau seting memori dan bus
dll, misal merk saya sebut di replay sebelumnya.
Sebelum memastikan beli yg mana sebaiknya memang kumpulkan informasi yg
cukup.
termasuk memori, vga dan yg mungkin terpenting adalah psu.
Jika Anda jeli, maka akan bisa menemukan komponen2 yg murah tapi tidak
kalah dengan yg Anda sebutkan tersebut.

Dear Rekan2 IT,
 
Minta bantuannya dong, dikantor gua ada kompi yg kena virus.
Mungkin kemarin2 udah ada jg yg pernah ngalamin seperti ini.
Virusnya matiin DOS Prompt nya, and regedit nya berubah jadi file
notepad itu pun kalo kebuka langsung ketutup lagi.
Tiap jam 10 pagi dia munculin gambar cewe sekitar beberapa lama trus
ngilang lagi. 
Trus kayanya virusnya nge blok biar ga' bisa install program apapun
sekalipun Win Xp. Soalnya waktu masukin CD WinXp nya dia ga' mau
install.
 
Mungkin dari temen2 IT ada yg bisa kasih solusi ke saya What to do.

Pak, maaf mengganggu waktu bapak2 sekalian, PC saya yg baru saya instal
  driver mobo kok tiba2 pada icon safe removal (yg biasa buat eject 
flashdisk)muncul harddisk saya dan ketika saya coba eject malah tidak bisa, yg 
ingin saya tanyakan 
  apakah ada yg salah pada saat penginstallan atau pada setingan di Bios?,

katanya pakai SAP ngebingungin yah? betul ga sih???

 

Tabelnya 30ribuan gitu loh ...

 

apa betul, setiap kali ada masalah harus konsultan SAP-nya yg turun
langsung? memangnya kalau beli engga ada transfer knowledge



Kalo perusahaan "males" ngurus pegawai in-house karena setiap kali habis
transfer knowledge, personel kabur: maka ngak heran kalo perusahaan tersebut
akhirnya mengoutsourcekan SAP installationnya ke pihak ke 3. Contoh:
unilever di "outsourced" khan ke HP. Jadi di unilever Cuma ada "project mgmt
office" yang "Cuma bisa" ngatur schedule & budget. Tapi technical issue
di"handle" HP.

 

Tapi ada bbrp perusahaan yg akhirnya malah membuat usaha consulting sendiri

saya ingin upgrade internet saya memakai FO,(sebelumnya ADSL)
saya pikir saya akan memakai Dedicated 64 Kbps, karena jumlah user saya 
juga tidak banyak (ada 26 user)

yang saya ingin tanyakan, 
1.adakah perbandingan besarnya bandwith untuk line internet dengan 
jumlah user?, contohnya
jika user ada 200 orang kapasitasnya dedicatednya cukup 256 Kbps...
2. apakah cukup dedicated 64 Kbps untuk 26 user?

disamping user yang sedikit,tentunya budget kami hanya pas untuk yang 
64 Kbps.

infonya hanya menggunakan TCP/IP agar kita bisa remote dari luar/ada cara yg

Disini ada yang punya toko komputer  disekitar mangga dua, yang menjual 
Bluetooth Billionton asli? beberapa hari ini saya sudah cari dibanyak toko, 
yang dijual sekarang banyakan yang tidak asli, softwarenya kebanyakan 
menggunakan bluesoil, dimana ketika dicoba hanya bisa digunakan untuk download 
data dari handpone, tapi tidak bisa untuk upload. 

Billionton yang lama yang saya pakai  100 m memakai antena warna hitam, tapi 
skg tidak diproduksi lagi, waktu baru keluar harganya Rp. 240.000,- dan yang 
sekarang versi 2 harganya ditawarkan sekitar Rp. 130.000,-  cuma  tidak asli, 
kebanyakan mereknya ditempel  dan  bluetoothnya memakai jenis donggle yang 
berwarna biru transfaran, dan softwarenya bluesoil.

tolong diinfokan kalau ada yang punya stok asli. kalau bisa yang punya toko 
disekitar mangga dua, soalnya saya tinggal disekitar situ.

Betul mas wiempy,
Aku sih maunya belajar yang lengkap, dari overclocking processor, 
motherboard, memory dan vga.
Seperti yang mas wiempy bilang, untuk vga aku udah dapet tutorialnya, dan 
softwarenya juga. Untuk yang processor, motherboard dan memory, tadi udah 
sempet tanya di milist dan udah dapetlah informasinya.

Cuma kalo mau langsung coba ke mobo DFI sayang banget, kan mahal atu 
harganya (kemaren tanya sekitar 2 jutaan untuk yang LAN Party). Memory aja 
yang pake heatsink muahal banget dibanding memory biasa (hampir 2 jutaan), 
jadi coba2 dulu ke yang agak murah (gigabyte GA series) harga 500rb an dan 
processor PIV 3.0 GHz, kalo rusak karena overheat atau kebakar kan bisa beli 
lagi. :)
Kalo udah mantap baru coba ke DFI dan VGA yang 256...  :)

problemnya baru dimulai 14 maret yang lalu, bukan 2 minggu yang lalu.
mungkin ada masalah di filtering mail anda. yang jelas anda bisa masuk
ke web yahoogroups dan cek bouncing history, di sana bisa dilihat apa
pesan dari server yang menolak mail tersebut.
