Harga Adapter IDE to USB sekarang hanya sekitar 50rb an, di paketnya sudah 
termasuk power supply nya.
Jadi beli saja, daripada harus perbaiki yang harganya lebih mahal dan belum 
tentu awet.

Adapter IDE to USB tersebut bisa dibeli di toko-toko komputer umum, antara lain 
di Gajah Mada Plaza lantai 3A, di ITC Cempaka Mas, lantai 4 atau yang termurah, 
di Mangga Dua.

mungkin maksudnya 250 GB?

dengan patokan http://rakitan.com/spart.htm, hdd 250 GB IDE (belum
SATA) Rp 601.000 ( = Rp 2.404/GB), sementara 320 GB adalah Rp 764.000
( = Rp 2.387,5/GB). kalau berdasarkan harga per GB, masih lebih
ekonomis yang 320 GB untuk saat ini.

McAfee Enterprise 8.5i sudah ada fasilitas anti adware.
ditempat kami pdf reader menggunakan Foxif, lebih ringan daripada Adobe
Acrobat Reader.
Perlu ditambahi program firewall. Standar browser juga blom ada, biar aman

dan brosingnya lebih ringan pake Opera aja.

untuk gim 3d terbaru sekarang, setidaknya gunakan vga dengan kelas
mainstream dan mempunyai fitur yg lebih baru. untuk nvidia bisa
dipilih kelas gf8600 series dan ati hd2600series. keduanya sudaha
support direct x 10 kalo anda mau menggunakan windows vista.
generasi sebelumnya ada gf 7600 series dan ati x 1650 series, yg masih
support direct x 9. tapi kalo masih mau memake windows xp, justru
tipe2 ini lebih optimal dan driver sudah lebih stabil.
Untuk harga sangat variatif tergantung merk. untuk merk yg cukup
murah tapi baik, bisa pilih zotac, eagle, forsa atau sparkle.
coba cek harga di rakitan.com. bhinneka.com, jatinegara.com dll.
untuk ptosesor dan mobo rasanya tidak masalah. Yg perlu meungkin
justru ram yg besar. mumpung ddr2 lagi murah2nya. ddr 2 x 1 giga bisa
kurang dari 450 ribu. i giga sudah cukup. tapi 2 giga bisa menjaga
loading dan mengurangi lag.
untuk hdd sepertinya 80 giga bakal cepat habis. karena gim2 sekarang
kebanykan sudah dalam bentuk dvd, kadang malah dalam dvd dual layer
dengan kapasitas sampe 8 giga.
Dan harga paling ekonomis untuk sekarang adalah hdd dengan kapasitas
250 mb.
untuk prosesor coba jangan cari yg windsor (90nano & 98 watt) tapi brisbane
(65nano & 65 watt). rasanya windsor juga sudah jarang dipasaran.

Peralatan telepon biasa itu termasuk media teleconference. Bukankah yg
namanya conference itu pasti minimal ada suaranya?
Saya sendiri biasanya melakukan teleconference kecil kecilan, biasanya
sekitar 1 lawan bicara sampai 100 orang. Medianya apa? Ya telepon biasa.

Kalo lagi cuman 1 lawan bicara, ya cukup telepon langsung ke nomor
tujuan bukan? Apa perlu lebih? Dan bukankah saya juga menyarankan
memakai Polycom speaker phone, kalau misalkan dibutuhkan dalam satu
ruangan ada yang mau berbicara dan mendengar bersama sama. Kalo cuman
antara 2 point, jalur telepon biasa adalah paling gampang dari soal
setup circuitnya. Simple and ubiquitous.

Saya sendiri kebetulan pemilik account dari Verizone Conference
Connection Ready Access dan AT&T Global Crossing, dengan point of
presence di sekitar 60 negara. Kepingin global teleconference? Ya
tinggal angkat nomor telepon, dial ke POP terdekat di suatu negara,
masukin nomor virtual room dan chairman password, dan tiap tiap member
tinggal dial ke POP terdekat serta masukin nomor vitual room. Simple
as that. Dan peralatannya? Ya cuman telepon di rumah saya yang murahan
itu, atau kalo lagi kepingin leyeh leyeh ya pakai Polycom SoundStation
saya, atau kalo lagi di Internet pakai Polycom SoundPoint, atau kalo
lagi jalan jalan ya pakai HP Nokia E61i, atau kalo lagi terbang
internasional ya pakai pesawat ya pakai Inmarsat-Connexion phone. 

Jadi sekali lagi, alatnya cuman telepon, sudah cukup, I can run my
business with that. Atau kalau saya lagi di Indonesia dan kepingin
hemat, mungkin ada yg belum tahu kalau Telkomsel bisa melakukan
multiline call sampai 5 nomor? Jadi ber-6 bisa conference rame rame.
Cuman saya sudah lama tidak pakai Telkomsel lagi, mungkin sudah tidak
ada sekarang.

perlengkapan standar yang banyak dipakai untuk teleconference ini
memang polycom. kalau cari di ebay, banyak yang jual bekasnya cuma
sejutaan. jaman dulu (circa 99-an) harganya dekat ke 10 juta.

Coba skrg di balek. Tanya tanya ke pembuat filenya / ke pengirim
filenya. File itu dibuat pake program apa. Itu akan lebih membantu

opensource utk smua OS
Salah satunya "ejabberd for windows" di http://www.ejabberd.im
Silakan download di http://www.process-one.net/en/ejabberd/downloads/

Jika gunakan ip public, bisa tersambung office kita ke jabber/xmpp
server laen yg ada di internet maupun ke gmail.com

Spek komputer minimalis, yang semuanya baru, untuk kondisi saat ini sangat 
susah mendapatkannya dengan dana 1,5 jt.
Saran saya, lebih baik membeli komputer seken. Biasanya di kantor2 besar 
secara periodik akan mengganti komputer2 lamanya dengan yang baru.
Untuk saat sekarang, komputer2 lama tsb biasanya sudah selevel P3 dan itu 
lebih dari cukup untuk anak SD.
Belum lama saya membeli komputer seken dengan spek: P3, memory 256MB, HDD 
10GB + monitor seharga 850 ribu.
Bila ditambah keyboard dan mouse mungkin bisa sampai 1 jt. Spek seperti ini 
sangat memadai untuk anak SD.
Sisanya, yg 500 ribu, bisa buat beli printer yang murah meriah.

Saya punya USB external casing untuk hard disk (IDE to USB, bukan 

SATA), dimana hard disk-nya adalah ukuran 3,5" (PC size, bukan laptop).



Nah sekarang komponen power supply-nya terbakar, sehingga harus 

direparasi. 



Adakah toko yang bisa reparasi barang2x ginian ? Atau kalau mau beli

Melanjutkan saran fahrizal, kalau peng-update-annya berkala, bisa aja buat
program scheduler. Di program itu ada timer. Kita setting tiap kapan proses
tersebut dilakukan. Nanti program tsb otomatis melakukan transaksi tersebut
tiap saatnya dateng. (mudah2an faham maksud saya).

bisa terseleksi sebelum transfer dan jika sukses tabel bisa di drop.
