Untuk archiving pasti lebih baik forum.

Tapi dari kecepatan reply, email tetap no1 apalagi dengan technology mobile
jaman skr.

Soalnya jaman dulu akses web itu super lambat, dan banyak juga yang posting
salah kamar, jadi males.
Tapi di jaman sekarang, mungkin bisa dipertimbangkan lagi sih, soale memang
milis jadi "redup" kalo yang ditanya itu itu lagi.

Saya pikir kalau dimilis ini agak susah pak, karena temanya IT, sedangkan

group baru, coba aja dipelopori aja pak.

Citrix mahal karena leader di bidangnya virtualisasi aplikasi. (Sebagaimana 
vmware yg leader di virtualisasi server). Selain itu, citrix juga punya 
teknologi ica yg membedakannya dengan produk lain.
Klo ga salah, teknologinya citrix ini juga dipake oleh microsoft. Jadi 
microsoft bayar ke citrix. Heheh..

Klo terminal service, bawaannya microsoft. Sekarang di windows 2008 R2 
disebutnya remote desktop services.

Antara citrix dan microsoft, sama2 mahal license nya.. Heheheh..

trus sebelum run proses backup, ada run satu program kecil yg utk 
memastikan ada free space yg cukup sesuai yg kita inginkan, apabila free 
space kurang, delete file yg paling lama, kira2 gitu. jadi apabila hd 
backup kita gede, kita akan punya beberapa set backup versi full. kadang 
user baru sadar ada file yg hilang beberapa hari/minggu kemudian.

ada program backup yg bisa maintain free space seperti ini? :)

backup.comodo.com juga support incremental/differential, harusnya hal 
ini tetap bergantung pada archive attribute.
kecuali comodo punya daftar sendiri semua file yg terakhir dibackup, 
jadi bisa tahu file2 yg telah berubah?

Apakah ada software yang mengatur web apa saja yang bisa diakses ? 
jawabnya ada
Untuk memudahkan update antivirus ? kenapa tidak dibuat tersentral saja, 
jadi hanya server / salah satu pc yang update yang lain update lokal ke 
situ. Selain tidak membebani Koneksi Internet dan yang pasti akan lebih 
cepat. Gunakan Antivirus yang memang untuk corporate / yang bisa di sett 
update dari lokal. Ada Symantec, Kaspersky, Norman dll yang memungkinkan 
update dari Lokal

Agree pak,
Kadang dari jawaban rekan2 disini juga yang membuka pencerahan ke saya
mengenai tools tertentu.
Bisa jadi saat ini sudah ada tools lain yang lebih powerfull disbanding yg
selama ini kita gunakan.
Atau tools yg freeware, agar mengurangi "dosa" menggunakan tools bajakan ^_^

Jika tanpa sengaja undelete :

1. Coba check dulu, mungkin masih ada di trash
2. Jika sudah tidak ada mau tidak mau harus menggunakan software 
recovery data
Ada banyak software yang bisa digunakan : Getdataback, Powerrecovery 
dll, silahkan serach di google

Btw yup setuju dengan Bro Setyo, usahakan cari pemecahan masalah di 
google dulu, terkadang masalah serupa sudah banyak di bahas entah di 
millist ini atau di tempat lain, kalau tidak ada tidak ada salahnya 
share di sini, intinya coba berusaha dulu

Tambahan :
Yang saya maksudkan kalimat "Anda sudah lama kan jadi member di sini ?", 
adalah, bisa lihat sendiri kualitas postingan di milis ini, termasuk 
yang komentar loker ini.

Contoh lain : berapa banyak orang IT yang reply loker ke  milis 
(misalnya : CV kirim ke mana ? Gajinya berapa ?). Masa orang IT ngga 
bisa baca "From " ?

Contoh lain, lihat orang IT yang reply pakai BB, bagaimana kualitas 
reply-nya ?

Jika kualitas postingan tenaga IT masih seperti, masa nuntut dihargai 
tinggi ?

Hallo teman2...

apakah ada 
kemungkinan dibuat kayak forum disini dan setiap forum ada thema nya 
sendiri.. Sy mulai bosan dpt email yg sy tdk berkepentingan dan sy HARUS  
HAPUS setiap hari.. kalo tdk ,, akan membengkat inbox dan lost informasi yg sy 
perlu..  
atau ada teman2 yang punya idee yg lbh bagus, utk menghindari inbox yg penuh 
dan tidak dapat informasi yg kita harapkan ..
