OO, maksudnya SAS HBA. Contohnya SuperMicro AOC-SAS-L4i.
Cuman soal bisa disekrup ke casing, saya ndak tahu soal server HP terima PCI-e 
card tidak, soalnya card ini PCI-e 8x lane.

Kalo dari link manual ini : uk.tp-link.com/resources/software/20086215.pdf

Di halaman 12 tuh ada caranya di Quick Setup untuk pilih ke Bridge Mode.

Tapi saya ingatkan dulu, menggunakan modem terpisah dengan router itu ada hal 
menyebalkannya juga. Kadang ketika modem belum nyala full, PPPoE stack di 
router sudah "capek deh" duluan, lalu give up redial. Bengong dah. Jadi proses 
menyalakannya kudu modem dulu sampai stabil, baru router dinyalakan. Rada 
menyebalkan kalo yg punya gaptek dan habis mati lampu. Komplainnya biasanya 
"rusak sehabis mati lampu".

Untuk menghindari ini, sebetulnya beli saja modem dan router yang udah jadi 
satu box, dari TL Link juga, murah kok : 
TD-W8901G 54Mbps Wireless ADSL2+ Modem Router TD-W8901G 
TD-W8101G 54Mbps Wireless ADSL2+ Modem Router TD-W8101G

Dengan ini jadi tidak repot.

Kalau Solanya di reset, WiFi di mati hidupkan, koneksi dibuang dibuat kembali, 
malahan sampai handphonenyandi bawa ke Service Sony untuk di update, juga sudah.
Demikian juga dengan modem di reset, router di reset.

Subject: [ITCENTER] Sony Xperia Sola tidak dapat terhubung ke internet melalui 
WiFi Speedy

Rekan-rekan,

Mohon bantuan informasi, barangkali ada yang bisa menyelesaikan masalah koneksi 
WiFi di rumah saya.

Saya menggunakan internet melalui Speedy paket unlimited 384kbps dengan ADSL2 
Modem Router TP-Link TD-8817, yang kemudian dihubungkan ke 54M Wireless Router 
TP-Link TL-WR340G.

Sistim ini berjalan normal, baik melalui kabel LAN ke Wireless Router untuk 2 
komputer desktop, maupun melalui WiFi untuk iPad2, handphone Android LG Optimus 
Me, handphone Sony Xperia S.

Namun saat digunakan untuk handphone Sony Xperia Sola, si Sony Xperia Sola ini, 
bisa terhubung dengan WiFi dengan status Connected, namun tidak bisa terhubung 
dengan internet.
Jadi kalau kita menjalankan browser, maka tidak ada data masuk.
Kalau Sony Xperia Sola ini dihubungkan ke internet melalui WiFi dari Fastnet 
teman, maupun dari Hotspot hasil Thetering Sony Xperia S di rumah, maka bisa 
terhubung ke internet secara normal.

Saya sudah lapor ke Speedy melalui telepon dan sudah dipandu untuk setting 
modem maupun routernya,  namun tetap begitu. 
Karena untuk komputer dengan kabel LAN, juga untuk iPad2, handphone LG Optimus 
Me dan Sony Xperia S secara WiFi, Speedy bisa bekerja dengan baik, maka pihak 
Telkom Speedy beranggapan, sistim mereka sudah benar dan tidak ada masalah.

Demikian pula dengan pihak Sony, setelah lapor melalui telepon, karena terbukti 
untuk WiFi dengan Fastnet ataupun WiFi dengan Hotspot hasil tethering Sony 
Xperia S, bisa berfungsi dengan baik, maka dianggap pula, handphone Xperia 
Solanya bekerja dengan baik.

Nah bagaimana cara menyelesaikan masalah ini, agar handphone Sony Xperia Sola 
saya, bisa berfungsi untuk WiFi Speedy ?
Apakah ada settingan khusus ? Di modemnya ? Di routernya ?

Saat ini, setting an untuk IP address PPPoE/PPPoA modemnya, maupun untuk IP 
Network WAN Connection Type routernya, di set secara Dynamic, sesuai saran dari 
pihak Telkom Speedy.

Apakah kalau di set secara statik, menjadi bisa ?
Yang di set apakah yang modem nya ? Ataukah yang routernya ?
Apa parameter-parameternya ?

apakah maksudnya migrasi dari outlook express (di win xp) ke windows mail (di

The Asian Society for International Relations and Public Affairs
(ASIRPA) now invites students and professionals to take part in the
upcoming Indonesia Focus Writing Contest (IFWC). The theme for this year
is "Sharing is believing”.


The competition will be divided into two categories; the first is for
junior and senior high school students and the second is for college
students and professionals. The first, second, and third place winner of
the first category will be awarded a cash prize of $250, $100, and $50
respectively, and the first, second, and third place winner of the
second category will be awarded a cash prize of $350, $250, and $100
respectively. Winners of the second category will also have the
opportunity to publish their paper in the Journal of ASIRPA (JASIRPA).

Entering the Competition

You can enter the competition by sending your paper to

Your paper should relate to the theme above and should demonstrate how the
theme is
applicable to your main interest (economy, environment, education, etc.).

The paper should be written in English, typed, double-spaced, using 12

Salam Untuk para IT Expert.

Semoga dari para IT Expert bisa memecahkan masalah yang sedang saya hadapi di 
kantor saya bekerja.
Berikut kasusnya :
- Komputer A konek ke domain. Komputer B konek ke Lokal.
- Komputer A dan komputer B saling terkoneksi
- Komputer A punya Share Filder supaya bisa di akses di komputer B.

Yang jadi permasalahan, kenapa setiap kali komputer B masuk ke Share Folder di 
Komputer A selalu minta User Name & Pasword. Kalo sekarang saya masukan User 
Name & Pasword, dia baru bisa kebuka Share foldernya, tapi kalo di restart 
komputer B dan mulai masuk Share Folder di Komputer A lagi trus malah minta 
User Name & Password kembali.

Trus gimana caranya biar setiap kali komputer B di restart dan masuk ke Share 
Folder tidak minta User Name & Password.

Yang sudah saya lakukan :
- Firewallnya di File Printer & Sharing
- Membuat Batch File dengan Net Use

Coba user log in ke sql server diganti passwordnya jangan sebagai default, 
apabila masih belum bisa cek koneksi yang ada di aplikasinya.

Nambahin dikit,

Proxy bekerja layaknya "makelar" antara "penjual" (server di internet) dengan 
"pembeli" (pengakses internet). Makelar proxy inilah yang mengatur apa aja yg 
boleh diakses, berapa banyak yg boleh diakses, apa aja yang boleh diakses, 
kapan dan siapa aja. 

Jadi kita bisa pasang aturan aturan yang akan diberlakukan kepada pengakses 
internet yang berada dibelakang LAN, dengan demikian proxy kerap 
dipertimbangkan sebagai salah satu bagian dari kebijakan security policy di 
beberapa instansi/organisasi/perusahaan.

Ada juga jenis proxy yang lain, misal reverse proxy (yg bekerja sebaliknya).

Kalau firefox dijalankan dengan safe-mode, setelah jalan, bisa di-backup
kan bookmark-nya?
Gunakan command berikut untuk menjalankan firefox dengan safe-mode.
   firefox -safe-mode

SATA itu subset dari SAS.
Jadi disk SATA bisa dicolokkan ke adapter SAS. Tapi tidak sebaliknya disk SAS

backplane SATA.

Sorry nebeng thread, soale YahooGroups sering ngadat, gak semua email saya 
terima.

Kalo melihat keluaran ipconfig di atas, pasti ada kesalahan setting di modem 
dan router. Modem dan router keduanya disetup sebagai ROUTER juga dan mempunyai 
IP yang bersejajaran dalam network range yang sama. Lalu ada DUA DHCP server 
dan DUA DNS Server, dimana hal ini seharusnya tidak terjadi.

Cara setup yang benar kalo menggunakan router TP-Link TL-WR340G adalah dia yang 
seharusnya initiate PPPoE. Sedangkan modem TP-Link TD-8817 hanya sebagai bridge 
device.
Dari data di sini, terlihat kalau PPPoE stack justru dijalankan di TP-Link 
TL-WR340G.

Cara terbaik menyelesaikan masalah di sini adalah mengganti TP-Link TL-WR340G 
dengan device yang berupa Access Point biasa, contoh TL-WA500G.

Cara kedua kalau tidak mau ganti device, adalah membuat TP-Link TD-8817 hanya 
sebagai bridge device dan menjalankan PPPoE stack di router TP-Link TL-WR340G.

Jadi solusi menghapuskan enkripsi sebetulnya hanya workaround, dimana itu 
menyebabkan Sola anda sekarang bisa langsung terkoneksi DENGAN CEPAT, ke DHCP 
server dari modem TP-Link TD-8817. Sementara kalo ada enkripsi, karena 
prosesnya lambat, dia terkoneksi ke DHCP server dari router TP-Link TL-WR340G, 
dimana ini keliru. Tebakan saya 192.168.1.1 adalah modem anda, sementara 
192.168.1.2 adalam router anda, betul tidak?

Di coba saja pakai WEP encryption. Ini encryption lama yang sudah 
ketahuan bisa di crack, tapi secara umum masih jauh lebih baik 
dibandingkan tidak pakai sama sekali. Kombinasikan saja huruf besar, 
kecil dan angka.

Kalau tetangganya orang biasa sih ngga perlu khawatir pakai WEP, tapi 
kalau Pak Henkie tahu tetangganya hacker, ya jangan pakai WEP :)

kalau memang seharusnya dns server di 192.168.1.2 di jaringan lokal,
ya kelihatannya benar. tadinya saya curiga dia tidak mendapatkan IP.
