[ITCENTER] Windows 2003 Server

[Viperxx33]

Salam IT-CENTER

Saya ingin tanya kalau ada yang menggunakan Windows Server 2003 atau 
yang mengetahui cara untuk filter IP/Address. Maksudnya saya ingin block 
alamat situs tertentu seperti porn/adult situs, advertising, atau situs 
yang rentan dengan virus/worms/trojan dll.

Rencananya sih kalau dapat di setting pada server kan lebih enak agar 
tidak perlu lagi di setting ke kompi klien satu per satu

Saya sudah coba masuk ke Group Policy - Computer Configuration - Windows 
Settings - Security Settings - IP Security Policies untuk coba 
mem-filter IP, tapi tidak begitu efficient. Sebab begitu aku masukkan 
DNS suatu situs, ternyata public IPnya sama dengan situs yang lain, 
sehingga situs yang tidak seharusnya ter-block ikutan ter-block.

Atau para rekan IT-CENTER punya saran, ide atau suatu masukkan.

ada beberapa script yang didownload tapi setiap kali di refresh, counternya
juga bertambah. atau ada yang bisa ngasih alamat situs untuk visitor
counter?

ada sebagian yang didownload, masalahnya setalah dicoba... setiap kali
refresh counter nya langsung bertambah... $%$#%$
atau ada yang tahu alamat situs untuk scriptnya ??? :) atau mungkin saran ;p

Kemarin aku beli web cam yang katanya "auto detect" yang cocok ama XP & W2K.
Tapi begitu di colok, ngak boleh. Aku udah coba googling tapi ngak ketemu
juga drivernya, pada kotaknya cuman ada tulisan " *CAM-BLINK/305*", kalo
rekan2 ada yang tau site ato drivernya :D boleh dong ... :D

Hi nadyasayang,

i do understand, maybe your OS first time you install W2K then XP. In that
case should be no problem, but my situation isreversed one. Already have XP
with NTFS and i want to install W2K, and thats the problem, I also already
tried the Partition Magic 8.0. Its working, but... when I want to install
W2K, still have the problem. First time i suspected that the W2K
installation CD was broken, so i install it to other PC, and its working.

So my notebook already been format for a couple of time, but still cannot
install W2K only XP.

Duh bung spikey, permasalahannya adalah pada NTFS, kalo dari W2K ke XP ngak
masalah...

Tapi sekarang terbalik, dari XP ke W2K.

Kalo XP nya pake FAT32, mungkin bisa.

Aku sih punya 1 cara, yaitu low level format, tapi itu berarti kedua
partitions akan hilang. Bung Spikey tau kan perbedaan NTFS dan FAT32 ???

tapi masalah sekarang ganti os yang baru ke yang lama.

soalnya OS XP yang aktif sekarang menggunakan NTFS, kalo pake FAT32 aku rasa
ngak masalah untuk install W2K.

Aku pingin tanya soal VB, mungkin dari rekan2 ada yang tau coding ...

1. Aku ingin download email attachment (gmail) pake VB, kayak Outlook, tapi
yang pingin di download attachementnya aja.

2. Kalo dapat kiriman dari email yang sama, maka attachemenya akan ditambah
counter.
misalnya: AAA_001.DOC Document attachment pertama
BBB_001.DOC
CCC_001.DOC
AAA_002.DOC Document attachment kedua
AAA_003.DOC Document attachment ketiga
AAA_004.DOC Document attachment keempat
CCC_002.DOC

3. Kalo ngak, apa dari rekan2 ada yang tau software yang cocok ???

Aku sudah coba beberapa software seperti Outlook Attachment Sniffer, Spooty
Outlook Express, Outlook Express Attachment Extractor, tapi dari ketiga
software tersebut belum bisa solved my case

Netsupport yang mana maksud loe.

netsupport ada banyak loh, ada netsupport school, netsupport manager,
netsupport dna, dll.

tapi pada dasarnya netsupport untuk remote admin. Server - Client system.
