Coba periksa settingan wake up on LAN-nya on atau tidak di settingan
Bios, soalnya kalo fungsi itu on meskipun sudah shutdown tetapi masih
ada listrik dan terkoneksi di LAN, CPU tersebut akan menyala lagi
karena ada transaksi data dari LAN.

psikotest 
  caranya lo buat table dulu (misal Table1) yang isinya field dari data yg mau 
di loop kesamping (misal Table2)
  contoh : Table2
  F1  F2  F3 dst...
  123   dst...
   
  isi tablenya (Table1)
  F1
  F2
  F3
   
  jadi lo loop dulu Table1 kemudian dari loop itu tinggal ambil data dari Table2
  Gitu.

bisa n lancar walaupun koneksi berhenti, tetep aja bisa lanjut. Ato bisa di 
pause/diskonek, bisa lanjut lagi, restart juga bisa dilanjutkan lagi.

Hi All,

Saya ada project yg perlu upload file2 besar ( antara 300kb - 5Mb) ke 

ftp server yg berlokasi di US. Saya menggunakan koneksi Dial-up 

(56kbps).

Saya menghadapi problem, yaitu sering putus di tengah jalan. Kalau 

saya amati, saat2 awal koneksi bagus (50kb), lalu secara drastis turun 

terus akhirnya sampai 0Kb/sec. Agak lama, baru naik lagi, tapi 

biasanya lalu putus, jadi upload terpaksa di-resume lagi.

Saya coba ke beberapa ftp site (gratisan) yg lain ternyata gak 

problem. Kira2 apa penyebabnya ya ? Partner yg di US bilang selama ini 

site-nya ok-ok saja buat upload dari berbagai negara/benua.

MOhon advisnya.

Terus terang saya dari dulu bikin web pake ASP/PHP tapi untuk bikin website 
yang power full buth waktu yang banyak. Nah sejak saya  kenal CMS Mambo  dan  
Joomla  saya bisa bikin web super keren. So hari gini pake Joomla aja !

 oh ya, satu lagi bro, masalahnya sebenarnya agak rumit. Begini, g ada
teman yang minta agar e-mail dia diaktifkan. Tapi setelah g periksa
ternyata domain dia belum aktif, tapi sudah terdaftar atas nama orang
lain. Setelah g tanya sama teman g lagi, dia bilang memang waktu itu
sudah ada yang urus mengenai domainnya dia, cuma masalahnya tuch orang
udah nyaris 3 bulan (uang sudah disetor untuk pembayaran) tanpa hasil,
alias email atas nama domainnya dia belum ada juga.

Sekarang teman g minta agar g bisa mindahin domain itu dari dia.
Sekarang yang jadi masalah, g tidak tahu apa orang itu mau mindahin.
Terakhir g telpon tuch orang malah kesannya dia mempermainkan g. 
Buktinya, begitu g tanya kenapa email-nya belum aktif juga, dia bilang
server dia ada masalah, senin depan baru naik lagi itu juga mash ada
spare 2 atau 3 hari, jadi kira2 aktifnya hari rabu (dari omongan dia
yang seperti ini aja g udah curiga kalo dia kg bener, bayanin provider
hosting mana yang bisa ngebiarin server down selama nyaris seminggu
lebih tanapa dimaki maki sama clientnya. Dia kira g awam apa soal
beginian.) akhirnya g ok aja, soalnya g masih mau lihat niat baiknya
dia sampai dimana, itu sebabnya g sedang mempersiapkan planning untuk
memindahkan domain yang dia urus itu.

Jadi setelah mendengar kisah ini, kira kira langkah yang harus di
lakukan seperti apa yach?

Soalnya kasihan teman g, kartu nama udah di edarin tapi domain sama
e-mail dia belum ada. Ini udah berjalan lebih dari 3 bulan lho.

PS; sebelumnya g minta maaf, kalo ini terkesan curhat, abies g udah
kesel banget sama ini orang, soalna image-nya orang IT khan bisa jelek
gara gara dia.

sebelum komputer dinyalakan lepas semua memory yang terpasang.

kemudian nyalakan komputer, seharusnya keluar bunyi bip berulang kali.

setelah itu matikan lagi komputer

Pasang kembali memory anda. Biasanya setelah itu proses instalasi akan
berjalan dengan lancar.

1. Coba liat aja produknya Novell, namanya Zenworks.
Kualitasnya terjamin untuk inventory, desktop management, patch
management, Asset management. Zenworks bisa digunakan untuk perusahaan
dengan skala kecil (<= 200 user) sampai dengan skala besar (>dari
10,000 user)

2. Untuk yang ini saran saya gunakan saja project manager-nya Open
Office, software yang satu ini gratis koq.

3. Untuk anti virus, saya sarankan Nod32 keluaran Eset (Bisa dilihat
di www.eset.com, AV ini ringan dan sangat bagus untuk segala
keperluan, kalo anda beli yang corporate, anda bisa mendapatkan
fasilitas untuk remote administration, dimana anda bisa memanage anti
virus ini dari mana saja.

Udah liat settingan BIOS-nya belum, soalnya kalo tidak salah ada
beberapa mother board yang bisa di setting batas suhu shutdown
temperature-nya, kalau untuk processor saya rasa suhu 50 derajat
adalah hal yang wajar. Lihat di Bios dan setting temperature
shutdown-nya menjadi 70 atau 75 derajat.

Apa bapak sudah mencoba menggunakan file scavenger? Soalnya di file
scavenger ada pilihan untuk recovery dari HD yang sudah disfunction
(Rusak). Waktu itu kalau tidak salah saya sempat mengambil data dari
HD yang sudah pernah di format 2 X, saya rasa data bapak masih bisa
diambil (meskipun tidak dijamin kalau kondisi data tersebut masih
bagus), selama bapak tidak me-low level format HD bapak (Mem-write 0
ke HD). Kalau misalkan cara file scavenger tidak bisa, bapak bisa
membawanya ke vendor HD tersebut, mereka punya tools khusus untuk
recovery data, tapi bapak harus membayar mahal kepada mereka untuk
proses recovery ini, kalau tidak salah mereka meminta charge
berdasarkan ukuran file yang ingin di recover.

Kalau file-nya masih terpisah begitu, jelas waktu di burn file
*.srt-nya tidak akan terdeteksi oleh VCD player, untuk bisa
menampilkan subtitle itu anda harus menggabungkan dulu file AVI dan
SRT-nya itu, sehingga menjadi file mpg. Nach nantinya file mpg itu
baru di burn dan bisa diputar di VCD Player (Catata: Subtitle untuk
VCD selalu menyatu dengan file film, lain halnya dengan subtitle untuk
DVD yang terpisah dari film-nya). 

Untuk melakukan penggabungan ini anda bisa mengikuti saran dari dari
pak Ryo dengan menggunakan Virtual-dub untuk menggabungkan file film
dan subtitle-nya. Untuk lebih lengkapnya lagi cara memasukkan subtitle
ke VCD atau DVD beserta toolsnya anda bisa mencari materinya di
www.vcdquality.com atau di www.afterdawn.com

Setuju dengan Bpk. Ryo, kalo ingin menghemat biaya, gunakan saja DVD
Shrink, soalnya cara pemakaiannya mudah, paling anda hanya harus
memilih, yang mao di kurangi itu kualitas film atau suaranya.
Selain itu untuk tools2 yang berhubungan dengan DVD authoring mungkin
bisa dilihat di www.afterdawn.com. Di Situs itu lumayan lengkap tools
dan tutorialnya.

Yang menyebabkan terjadinya hal demikian pada HD anda adalah kerusakan
pada sistem partisinya, itu mengakibatkan pembacaan file system di HD
menjadi kacau. Data anda sebenarnya masih ada, cuma berhubungan file
system anda rusak maka data anda tidak terbaca dan partisi anda cuma
dianggap 10 MB, sisanya kalau anda lihat di Komputer manajemen (Klik
kanan My Computer terus pilih manage, kemudian pilih lagi option disk
management, disana pasti terlihat HD fisik anda misalnya HD-0 atau
HD-1, sisa partisi anda dianggap sebagai unallocated disk space.

Cara mengatasinya:

1. Untuk membackup data yang ada di HD, anda bisa menggunakan software
file scavenger atau get data back.

2. Setelah data sudah di back-up, anda bisa memformat ulang lagi HD
anda menjadi satu kesatuan dengan menggunakan Partition magic, atau
dengan cara menghapus partisi anda yang 10 MB tersebut sehingga
tergabung kembali dengan sisanya menjadi Un-allocated Space, baru
kemudian anda format partisi utuh ini (Catatan: Ini dilakukan di
Komputer managemen yang saya sebutkan di atas)

Kalo misalkan dugaan saya benar, flash disk bapak pasti hampir full
kapasitasnya dengan data (Dengan kata lain empty space-nya kurang dari
20 MB. Kalo misalkan benar begitu, tampaknya bapak harus bersiap2
untuk kehilangan data yang ada di flash tersebut. 

Soalnya flash disk memang sering error kalo kapasitasnya full.
Gejala-nya sepeerti yang bapak sebut itu, satu2nya jalan untuk flash
tersebut dapat digunakan lagi yaitu dengan cara memformatnya.

Coba anda update dulu virus definition norton anda dengan yang
terbaru. Atau bila anda mau mencoba, anda bisa mencoba download Eset
NOD32 versi 2.7 di www.eset.com, soalnya biasanya virus yang tidak
bisa dihilangkan menggunakan norton bisa diatasi dengan NOD32.

Untuk settingan kabel usb untuk chasing depan, lebih baik coba liat
merk dan seri MB anda, kemudian anda search di google untuk mencari
manual book-nya. Biasanya produsen MB masih mencantumkan manual book
untuk produksinya, meskipun produksi tersebut sudah discontinued.

Untuk menjawab pertanyaan mengenai flashdisk anda yang tidak ke detect
lagi di kompi anda, kemungkinan besar dugaan anda benar bahwa sudah
terjadi short yang menyebabkan flash anda rusak, terlebih lagi di
tulisan anda, anda sudah mencoba flash-nya di CPU lain dan tetap tidak
terdeteksi. Mungkin saran saya cuma satu, apabila flash itu masih ada
garansinya, sebaiknya langsung tukarkan saja ke toko tempat anda
membeli. Apabila anda mencoba merekondisikan flash tersebut,
kebanyakan toko komputer akan menolaknya, sebab menurut mereka itu
tidak sebanding dengan harga jualnya (Ongkos servis hampir sama dengan
beli baru).

What is a BIOS String ID?

The BIOS String ID number is assigned to every motherboard made. It is not 
always unique but there is usually some good info hidden in the string. 
The most useful is the portion which identifies the manufacturer of the

locate the manufacturer of your board. You many also post a message in our

How do I find my BIOS String ID?

1. Turn the system power off
2. Unplug your keyboard or hold down one of the keys on the keyboard
3. Power-on the system (you should get a keyboard error)
4. Look for the long string of numbers in the lower left hand corner of 
your screen
5. This is your BIOS identification string. It will look like one of

This BIOS cannot be used for ID purposes.

  ini saya dapat dari juragan toko HP ;-))

mungkin bisa dibikin sedikit script yang isinya sebagai berikut:

net use \\ \IPC$ /user:\
net time \\ /set /y

Contoh:
net use \\192.168.0.1 \IPC$ /user:administrator\Password
net time \\192.168.0.1 /set /y

Usahakan server yang dijadikan patokan penyamaan waktu "Sync Time" tidak
bermasalah
Save as sebagai "synctime.bat"
Atur aktivitasnya di "Scheduled Task" dengan konfigurasi "When My Computer
Starts"

Huehehe... bukannya ndak tau, Mas Albert..
Saya sihh tau2 banget tentang Linux itu bisa gratisan en kalo office nya
bisa pake OO (walaupun belom pernah nyoba juga sehh.. )

tapi yang jadi pertimbangan, "momok" awal untuk buka warnet dengan
linux-based itu kan biasanya pengunjungnya jadi males dateng, karena gak
biasa... apalagi kalo masalah openOffice yang nantinya takutnya bisa
menyebabkan layout file office nya jadi berantakan (padahal customer butuh
cepat..)..
Trus juga momok lainnya, adalah linux itu juga gak semua bisa make... saya
pun blom bisa make sama sekali.. hehehe.. Nanti kalo adminnya (ato
penjaganya agak2 dodol dalam hal make... =P) trus customer dateng nanya
masalah di kompienya, dia gak bisa nyelesein kan bisa berabe... lama2
customernya gak ada yang mau dateng... kalo mau bayar orang yang jago linux,
kan juga gak murah...

pengennya sehh pake windows, biar saya ato sodara bisa ngejalanin sendiri..
yaa walaupun gak expert di windows, untuk cari tau apa yang bisa
dikutak-katik bisa lahh... daripada kalau pake linux, mau cari tau apa yang
bisa dikutak-katik aja gak ngerti.. hehehe...


btw, mungkin bisa disharing aja pak Mas Albert ato Mas Paul ato
Mas-mas/Mbak-mbak yang lain, Linux yang udah sangat User Friendly kaya udah
serasa mirip make windows itu distro yang mana?
trus kalo pake linux, gimana kalo kita install game2 kaya di warnet2 game
center? apakah ada efek samping ato efek lain yang perlu diantisipasi?
trus untuk OO, versi berapa yang udah dianggep paling stabil itu versi
berapa?

terus kalo memang ada yang tau distributor software windows ato office yang
license itu dimana, mohon dijapri yaa... pengen diperhitungkan dulu
budgetnya.. hehehhee..

Sodara saya lagi ada memikirkan rencana untuk buka warnet di deket rumah..
trus pengennya sehh pake yang bukan bajakan... (tapi tergantung budget juga
sehh.. hehehe...)
Nahh, pengen nyari info tentang kalau mau beli Windows ama Office...
(pengennya yang XP.. baik XP Profesional en Office XP) tapi kok kalo
disearch2 di website www.microsoft.com gak bisa dapet price sama sekali...
(apa emank sengaja gak dikasi liat yaa... hehehhe.. maklum, orang awam
tentang "beli asli".. hehehe...) Pengen cari infonya dimana yaa?? kalo bisa
yang dapet sejelas2nya, tentang price, license, dll...
Ato kalo ada yang punya no telp ato alamat email yang bisa diberondong
pertanyaan tolong dishare yaa... hehehe.. ato kalo nanti dianggep promosi

Maap, coba membantu.. kali2 aja helpful.. :-)

SIAnya untuk siklus apa, Pak?? Siklus akuntansinya sendiri kan ada macem2,
(Pembelian (Tunai ato kredit), Penjualan (Tunai ato kredit), Persediaan,
dll)... Jadi mungkin perlu diketahui dulu untuk siklus apa baru bisa sedikit
ada gambaran mau jelasin apanya...

untuk tahu tentang SIA sihh, lebih enaknya kalo udah ngerti Sistem Akuntansi
secara manual... Setelah itu baru bisa diterapkan ke sistem
computerizednya... Mungkin untuk baca2 buku, bisa pake buku Accounting
Information System karangan Romney ato karangan Wilkinson... Textbook
inggris sihh, biasa untuk anak kuliahan

Seringkali trik pasar memang agak menyesatkan, yang dimaksud adalah 
sekitar 200.000.000.000 bytes = 186,26 GB tapi menyebutnya dengan 200 GB 
(dengan satuan 1 GB = 1.000.000.000 byte)

sekarang coba anda cek dengan cara lain

dari my computer klik kanan pada hardisk anda, kemudian pilih properties

kemudian akan tampak Used space =  bytes  XX,X GB
  Free space =  bytes  XX,X GB
  ---
  Capacity   =  bytes  XX,X GB

di situ akan tampak capacity = 200,xxx,xxx,xxx bytes


contoh lain, coba masukkan disket 3,5" ke drive kemudian lakukan cara yang 
sama, apakah kapasitasnya 1,44 MB?

ternyata tidak, kapasitanya = 1,457,664 bytes = 1,38MB

informasi lain, saya pernah membaca di salah satu hardisk (lupa 
merk/typenya) capacity 80 Gbytes preformatted, jadi setelah diformat 
kapasitasnya menyusut?

Freelang dictionary is a freeware program for Windows. It is very easy to

Pengalaman sih tidak masalah, secara teori setiap ganti cattridge termasuk 
ganti roll drum nya (roll warna hijau pada catridge), roll drum ini punya 
usia pakai, semakin lama dipakai semakin aus permukaannya, ciri-cirinya 
dalah hasil cetak menjadi kotor, atau bergaris-garis. pada saat isi 
catridge (toner) habis, biasanya kondisi drum masih bagus, sehingga masih 
bisa dipergunakan dengan hasil cetak yang bersih, catridge-2 kosong itulah 
yang kemudian di isi ulang toner nya (remanufaktur) sehingga dapat dipakai 
kembali. dari pengalaman, setelah 2 kali di isi ulang drum-nya sudah mulai 
aus, sehingga tidak bisa dipakai lagi/ hasil cetaknya kotor.
Pengalaman lain toner remanufaktur memang tidak sebagus toner asli, kalau 
dipakai untuk cetak di kertas tidak masalah, tapi untuk cetak di plastik 
transparant (film), toner isi ulang mudah mengelupas dari permukaan 
transparan.

tidak, bahkan garansi bisa hilang kalau diketahui anda pakai tinta 
remanufaktur (kalau masih dalam masa garansi)

kalo dilihat kejadiannya rasanya bukan virus, kemungkinan ada masalah 
dengan tombol backspace atau tombol delete yang lengket sehingga 
seolah-olah ditekan terus (hardware problem), bisa secara fisik memang 
lengket atau karena ada bagian yang 'konslet' yang menimbulkan seolah ada 
penekanan tombol
