Coba di update Internet Explorernya, minimal IE 6 SP1, karena jendela chat pada YM menggunakan komponen dasar dari Internet Explorer. Jadi mungkin ada script-script yang hanya disupport oleh IE 6 SP1 keatas yang digunakan oleh YM untuk menampilkan pada jendela chat.
