ternyata masalahnya ada pada waktu mo ngeprint file MS Visio 2003. jadi di beberapa komputer kalo mo coba ngeprint file MS Visio 2003 akan mengalami restart. Apakah memang virus? [ITCENTER] Blue screen krn virus or ?
Teman2, Saya ada sedikit masalah nih yaitu saya punya word file yg di dalamnya ada visio object. setiap x mau di print, kompie saya selalu mengalami bluescreen (winXP pro SP2) dengan informasi "A problem has been detected and Windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer. bla bla bla Technical Information; *** STOP: 0x007F ( 0x, 0x, 0x, 0x ) Beginning dump of physical memory. File tsb pernah dicoba di print dr kompie yg laen tp dgn akibat yg laen. kompie tsb lsg restart. pernah saya coba di laptop dan tidak ada masalah. dan File ini dulu tidak pernah menimbulkan masalah.
