Saya install compiere di windows xp pro dengan menggunakan db oracle 10g xe.
Pada saat proses import db (run_importcompiere) keluar error ORA-03113 - End
of File On Communication channel...
Kira2 kenapa yah..
Klo Saya telusuri di goole hal ini disebabkan al: network issu problem,
forceful disconnection of a server session, oracle database crach dll.
Padahal Saya install di local...

kalau untuk perhitungan kebutuhan jaringan, anda harus cari faktanya

karena protokolnya bisa di-adjust untuk koneksi cuma 28.8 Kbps,

lagi-lagi terpulang pada requirement anda sendiri.

   size-nya kecil (bisa muat satu floppy)
  Gampang setupnya (10 menit up and running). Tidak pernah problem. saya
udah pake 1 tahun. nggak pernah dimatiin atau reboot. Reboot
   cuman gara-gara PLN tewas! Up time terlama 6 bulan sekian minggu
(lupa...).
   bisa jalan di PC dengan spek tua. utk bikin router murah-meriah, cukup
pake 1 disket aja pake PC 486 atau Pentium 1. cukup ideal buat yg punya
broadband di rumah (dari pada PC bagus lo yg dikorbanin)
   powerful dan multi-guna. bisa jadi firewall, gateway, proxy, NAT, dsb
   utk server bisa sampe 10 Ethernet (based-on my exp loh).  kalikan aja de
tuh dengan jumlah satu range IP address.

   murah (linux gt loh..:-)


10 ethernet pake server apa ...?

Kelemahannya:

   cmn hanya bisa single routing, nggak bisa dynamik routing (CMIIW)
   based-on CLI banget deh
Itu dari saya. mungkin ada tambahan dari rekan2 linuxer yang lain. 

PS: sekedar share pengalaman:

 1.  waktu coba pake 2 ethernet card, yang NIC 1 gak pernah nampil
 trus ngatur I/O sama IRQ nya gimana ya?? catatan: ethernet yang satu
onboard and satu lagi PCI
 2.waktu pake yang ver. 034 kok selalau dibilang error loading ramdrive,
tapi waktu pake 032 enggak ada tulisan begitu?

Peringatan WGA bisa dihilangkan dengan cara :
   
  Buka task manager lalu matikan program wgatray.exe, kemudian restart ke
dalam safe mode. Terus
   
  1. Delete File WGAtray.exe dari c:\windows\system32
2. Delete File WGAtray.exe dari c:\windows\system32\dllcache
   
  Buka windows registry editor dan delete folder "WGALOGON"
  ada di
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\microsoft\windowsNT\CurrentVersion\WinlogonNotif
y
   
  Lalu restart kembali seperti biasa
   
  Saya sdh mencoba dan ternyata berhasil.

sebenarnya klopun akan memakai vsat dengan budget terbatas silahkan
menggunakan vsata KU-Band... tapi yah kembali dengan budget terbatas

  Error messagenya : tns: protocol adapter error
TNS:operation timed out

  ada dii server.log, yang ga enak kalo dipastein di group. Mohon yang bisa
bantu kirim mail direct ke gw..untuk detil and yg lainnya.

Sya sedang membuat aplikasi di VB. Saya mau menampilkan salah satu reportnya
langsung menjadi screen saver di monitor.
Jadi repot itu akan berjalan kekanan ato kekiri, ato bisa jga ke bawah dan
ke atas.
Tapi pada saat di clik dengan mouse repot tsb berhenti sehingga bisa
dilihat.
Apakah ada rekan2 yg pernah bikin aplikasi seperti ini..?
Kira2 tools yang digunakan untuk mengconvert report pake apa ..
Saat ini sya masih google.. belum ketemu..

Mohon pencerahan, sya punya masalah di excel, misal di row 1 datanya 10, row 
3 datanya 10 dan row 3 =sum(row1:row2). hasilnya 20, tapi klo row 1 dtanya 
qta ganti 12 seharusnya row 3 hasilnya 22 tapi di row 3 kenapa tidak update 
masih sama hasilnya 20..
Viruskah ini?

Saya install Tightvnc server di RH 9, kemudian sy install tightvnc windows 
di winxp home.
Saya sudah bisa konek ke RH 9 tapi kenapa tidak ada tampilan (blank) 
xwindowsnya di remotenya..

Pak coba bapak aktifkan dns forwardernya windows 2k..administration Tool - 
nama servernya - hapus directory yang ada .. - klik kanan nama server - 
properties - forwarders - enable -masukin dns isp - masuk root hint - isi 
dns isp - save -
jalan deh..

Langkah1:
Blok sel2 kolom B, Klik Kanan => Format Cels => Custom => isikan  pada
type

Langkah2:
Isikan sel B2 dengan =A2 seterusnya lakukan untuk seluruh sel di kolom B
atau sesuai dengan kehendak anda.

Maka setiap anda memasukkan data tanggal di Kolom A maka Kolom B akan terisi
tanggal secara langsung.

Biasanya itu masalah posisi diskdrivenya di casing aja..coba aja kendorin
dulu disk drivenya kemudian coba pake disket. Stlh bisa baca baru di
kencengin.

aku punya FDD kondisi bagus ini aku coba di beberapa kompi P2 dan P3 dengan
win 98.
trus aku pindah ke P4 intel 845 dan VIA P4M266 dengan OS win 98 dan XP, FDD
tsb tidak bisa membaca disket. 
padahal FDD tsb bisa dibuat booting. tapi kalo udah masuk windowsnya jadi
gak bisa baca disket. udah aku coba install ulang OSnya tapi tetep aja.
kira2 kenapa ya ?
