dear mailist IT-Centre Saya punya masalah dengan harddisk.waktu harddisk ku saya coba dijadikan master di pcku yang (A) dia tidak terbaca sama sekali bahkan bunyi seperti rem kendaraan.tapi waktu aku coba dijadikan slave pada pcku yang (B) an Ternyata hardiskku normal terdeteksi.hanya saja aku belum coba harddisk ku ini dijadikan master di pcku yang (B). note : jumper sudah aku set, kabel data ok, kabel power ok, ditest di 2 PC. apa hal ini dikarenakan power supply nya di pcku yang lama down. atau memang masalahnya dihardisk tolong solusi dan sarannya dari teman2 sekalian? Dear Jago2 IT, saya pake ADSL unlimited, dipakai sekitar 20 Kompie dan dibagi2 ke beberapa ruangan seperti di kantor sya yang ada di depan. di kantor saya punya masalah yaitu : 1. setiap login ke mail yahoo, cek INBOX-baca salah satu email- balik lagi ke INBOX utk lhat email berikutnya malah ga bisa dan keluar error 2. hapus email di yahoo dgn tanda checklist utk hapus email semua juga ga bisa 3. coba upload foto atau sejenisnya (contoh di friendster) itu ga bsa juga, error juga satu blok yang ada di kantor depan mengalami hal yang sama, saya dah coba setting ulang modem hasilnya masih nihil, tapi herannya salah satu kompie yang ada di kantor belakang pdhal satu workgroup itu berjalan lancar tak ada hambatan yang saya sebut tadi... tinggal dibaliikan lagi ke tempat semula lalu buat folder di outlook persis
sama dengan outlook semula.kemudian pindahkan file yang di backup tadi ke
tempat semula.
misal.
-sebelum saya format saya pindahkan file email saya contoh : 1.dbx, 2.dbx,
3.dbx di location c:\my document lalu baru diformat
-setelah proses format di outlook express saya buat new folder 1.dbx , 2.dbx,
3.dbx (nama folder sesuai dengan yang ingin di import)
-saya buka outlook express lalu klik kanan inbox, pilih properties.alamat
folder inbox dapat tertera di paling bawah.misal : C:\Documents and
Settings\Tatang\Local Settings\Application
Data\Identities\{33F9FC21-C1C9-4D7B-9714-F6B7EE915C61}\Microsoft\Outlook
Express\ (bisa didrag lalu dicopy)
-klik run pada start menu lalu ketik alamat folder tsb
-close outlook
-saya mengembalikan file yang tadi saya copy ke c:\my document kembali kealamat
folder diatas
-buka kembali outlook express

[ITCENTER] linux dengan 2 ip global dari 2 isp yang berbeda
Linux saya, mandrake 9.2 berisi: Webserver Mail server Proxy server dan Firewall server (shorewall) Webserver berisi aplikasi perkantoran yg di akses dari kanor cabang Web adrress sudah terdaftar di DNS pada ISP A, tp untuk memudahkan akses karena kantor cabang menggunakan akses satelit dengan ISP B, maka di Linux server ditambah IP global yg melalui ISP B juga, sehingga di server terdapat 2 IP global dari ISP A dan ISP B, menggunakan 2 NIC card yang berbeda, dengan setting gateway masing2 ISP. Selain itu di tambah satu card lagi untuk akses LAN, dengan IP lokal untuk penggunaan proxy. Jadi Linux server mempunyai konfigurasi network : Eth0: IP adress : 202.xxx.isp.A gateway: isp A Eth1: IP adress : 192.local.Lan gateway: router Eth2: IP Adress ; 202.xxx.isp.B gateway : isp B Permasalahan: Pada saat semua Network card di aktifkan, internet user tidak bisa akses ke webserver saya, www.company.com dengan adress yg terdaftar di DNS pada ISP A, dengan symptom website found waiting for reply, lam, akhirnya time out, dengan result page not displayed coba di akses dengan http://202.xxx.isp.A hasilnya sama dengan atas.. tapi apabila di akses dengan : http://202.xxx.isp.B website dapat di buka dengan baik (berarti ada pakcket yg reply) (tapi adress ini tidak terdaftar di DNS) Buat rekan2 yang sudah pakar, saya mohon pencerahannya...
