Seru memang kalau membahas ini. Di satu sisi memang sebuah keuntungan untuk menggunakan satu lisence windows untuk penggunaan bersama-sama. Sehingga resouces kita tidak terbuang sia-sia. (cara periksanya lewat liat series lalu cocokkan dengan data sheetnya). 3. kabel utp CAT 6. ini yang sulit, kalau sudah tertanam di tembok harus pakai fluke. Harusnya tidak ada masalah, karena anda sudah memakai winXP Pro SP2. problem ini biasa timbul kalau kita pakai winXP home, krn XP home membatasi jumlah user yang konek ke dirinya. Coba install SQL2K di win2K advance server. Sejauh ini server 2K (saya install di IBM PC thinkcenter) yang saya pakai kelihatan stabil. sodara-sodara, meski banyak kerjaan di kantor, gue hari ini telat dateng, demi misi mulia, yaitu ngurus Tilang secara jujur, tanpa nyogok. Satu hal yg perlu gue sharing buat kalian adalah : kalo lu ditilang di jalan oleh polisi apapun, jangan sekali2 damai atau ngasi duit, bilang tilang aja langsung. hasilnya tuh plokis pasti bete karena gak dapet duit, kedua, ngurusnya gampang kok, dan dendanya resmi...begitu sodara..sodara. Tips nya : 1. kalo lu ditilang di jalan sebenernya ada dua pilihan (gue juga baru tahu), form biru dan form merah. 2. Form biru adalah kalo lu terima kesalahan lu (artinya lu gak perlu berdebat ama hakim). Dgn form ini lu bayar dendanya di BRI yg ditunjuk (nanti tabel dendanya ama lokasi BRI bisa minta ke gue kalo minat), abis bayar denda resmi ke BRI, ambil SIM ato STNK yg disita ke kantor Ditlantas POLDA Metro di Pancoran, gedung baru, sebelum Gelael arah cawang. Disini ada ruang khusus loket Tilang, ruang tunggu nyaman ber-AC, dengan hiburan SateliteTV (norak ya gue) 3. Form merah artinya lu gak terima kesalahan lu, dan dikasi kesempatan untuk berdebat ato minta keringanan ama hakim. Biasanya tanggal sidang adalah maksimum 14 hari dari tanggal kejadian, tergantung hari sidang Tilang di PN (Pengadilan Negeri) bersangkutan. Contoh gue ditilang di Kuningan, berarti sidang di PN Jaksel, jl ampera, disini sidang tilang setiap selasa. Nah oleh polisi, barang sitaan (SIM or STNK) akan disetor ke kantor Ditlantas pancoran itu sampai dengan H-1 tanggal sidang. Jadi selama masih di pancoran SIM/STNK itu bisa ditebus tanpa sidang ke PN, cukup ke loket yg gue sebutin tadi, serahin form merah, bayar dendanya, SIM/STNK balik dengan sukses. 4. H-1 tgl sidang dan seterusnya, SIM/STNK udah dikirim ke pengadilan sesuai daerah perkara, jadi kudu ditebus di PN masing2 5. Kalo pengen hadir sidang, dateng sesuai tanggal sidang yang tertera di surat Tilang ke PN yg ditunjuk. Tapi ini gak gue saranin. Kenapa ? karena antreannya luarbiasa banyak, kita gak punya kesempatan bertemu hakim, karena sidangnya sebenarnya IN ABSENTIA, dan banyak banget CALO yg nawarin bantuan. Mending enggak deh 6. Lebih baik cuekin aja tanggal sidang, ambil SIM/STNK terserah elu di hari lain, hindari hari sidang tilang biar gak rame, terus langsung tuju Loket khusus Tilang yang ada di masing2 PN. Tunjukin form merahnya, dalam 5 menit SIM/STNK udah di tangan elu dengan bayar denda resmi. Sebelumnya cermati berapa denda resminya, biar gak dilebih2in ama petugasnya (tabel denda resmi gue punya in PDF). Contoh nih, gue tahu denda masuk jalur cepat (gue naik motor) Rp.15000, petugasnya bilang Rp.25600, dikasi angka 600 seolah2 itu perhitungan rumus2 njelimet, padahal akal2an aja biar ada yg masuk kantong dia. Gue kasi uang bulet 15.000 dia diem aja kok..hehe 7. Udah ngerti kan. jadi intinya : jangan sekali2 damai ama polisi di jalanan, tilang mah tilang aja, pilih prosedur sesuai tips diatas, gak usah sidang kalo gak pengen bete, cuekin calo2 yg nawarin bantuan, bayar denda sesuai tarif resmi. Semua ini demi INDONESIA yg bersih dan berwibawa gemah ripah loh jinawi...hehehehe salam bakhtiarsutanto PS : berdasarkan pengalaman dan bantuan dari berbagai milis, makanya gue pede ngadepin mereka. Dulu aku pernah juga dipanggil interview di Maxgain Intl. Karena ada waktu luang maka coba iseng datang, yg interview cewek, walaupun sebenarnya cuman pengen tahu ajah seperti apa interview di persh futures spt itu. Selanjutnya aku disuruh ikutan training dan emang sudah di "set" ama yang di Atas agar tidak ikut hehehe. Intinya mereka mempersuasi agar kita join Maxgain lah, tentunya dengan iming2 yang lumayan. Beberapa waktu kemudian saya di telpon oleh teman saya (cewek) dan ternyata dia skrg sudah bekerja di Maxgain Intl., mungkin ntar dia aku minta share pengalaman2 nya kerja di Maxgain kali yah, biar asik kekeke :) Ya dia intinya menawarkan produk Maxgain ke saya. Aku tanya, berapa kalo mau invest di produk Maxgain yang dia tawarkan waktu itu? Dia jawab "ya 2 USD" ajah dengan risiko minimal. Trus dia ngajak ketemuan untuk lebih lanjut menawarkan produknya dan kok ternyata yang di Atas juga lagi2 nge "set" saya agar tidak bisa ketemuan dgn dia hahahah. Ya udah nasib. Maybe ada rekan2 di milis ini yg jadi Maxgain employee? IT nya perhaps? Bisa di share dong pengalamannya mengenai company ini. Thanks. Please look at the requirements below. 9 - AS/400 System Administrator Mandatory skills: - Bachelor Degree in Computer science or equivalent qualification/university degree. - With 3-5 years relevant hands on experience in AS/400 administration with mid-level position. - User account administration - Knowledge in the following: -- V5R3 or V2R2 Operating System - Mandatory -- SAN (Storage Area Network) - Desirable -- Backup and Recovery using BRMS - Mandatory -- JD Edwards support experience - some sort of exposure to JD Edwards environment -- I5 (Power 5) hardware architecture - Mandatory - Experience with some of the following products would be desirable: -- MPlus - Desirable or Any other system monitoring tool -- StandardGuard - Familiar with security management software -- TAA Tools - Managing Reports software required -- Mimix - Plus -- BMC Patrol or use of any other performance monitoring experience tools - Participating in day-to-day operations - Monitoring the performance and resolving performance issues Other pre-requisites: - Bachelor Degree in computer science or equivalent qualification / university degree - With 4-7 years relevant hands on experience in AS/400 administration Key Job Responsibilities: - Responsibility for the provision of day to day support and administration of a production mission critical infrastructure environment. - Working with development team to resolve system issues related. - Printer definition and support. - Experienced in systems server infrastructure planning, testing, deployment, operations and maintenance. - Ability to work independently, as well as part of a global support team with minimal supervision methodologically to identify root cause and resolve problems. - Work as part of the IT Operations team providing critical infrastructure systems support for a 24x7 mission critical enterprise environment, supporting the Asia Pacific, EMEA and the America. - Will be a key member of the Singapore IT team who should be prepared to work on projects, designing and implementing solutions and day to day operations, managing and resolving daily support trouble tickets. - Deploy, operate and support computing products and services to met customer requirements. - Maintain active and direct interaction with key customers, gather and understand customer requirements for computing services. - Work with the team members to develop and implement Service Level Agreements (SLA). - Participate in construction, maintenance and sharing of SOPs and best practices.
