[ITCENTER] [tanya] transparent proxy failed

Dear all saya minta tolong tanya sedikit
Saya memasang transparent proxy squid, tetapi masih terdapat beberapa
masalah jika saya menjalan kan transparent proxy. Pesan error yang keluar
adalah seperti ini:

Jika saya setting secara manual di IE atau FireFox proxy di arahkan ke IP
proxy server. Maka semua nya berjalan dengan baik. Tetapi jika saya set
supaya berjalan secara otomatis maka akan kembali ke pesan error tersebut.
Ada yang tau gak apa penyebab atau dimana letak kesalahan saya.

Misalkan saya login dari komputer cleint ke sebuah server, kemudian saya
menyimpan sebuah file di sana.
Tetapi pada hari berikutnya setalah saya login kembali dan ingin
memodifikasi file tersebut, ternyata file tersebut tidak ada / terhapus,
yang ingin saya ketahui , login siapakah yang menghapus file tersebut .

server windows 2000 , pls beri tahu setting detailnya

Mas,
Itu mirip kejadian di kantor saya, bedanya di kantorku emailnya dr HRD yg 
isinya surat mutasi thd seorang kayawan. Ketahuan kalo surat itu palsu, krn HRD 
merasa tdk mengeluarkan surat tsb dan nomor suratnya salah.
Waktu itu cara mendeteksinya dengan traffic di proxy, sehingga didapat patern 
kejahatan tsb.
Dr proxy ditemukan bahwa si X ini akses ke suatu situs di luar negeri yang dpt 
menawarkan service2 : kamuflase pengiriman email (seolah-olah email dikirim 
oleh si A), kamuflase website (seolah olah email dr suatu perusahaan tertentu), 
dll

Si X ini mencoba membuat email palsu tsb, yg pertama dia kirim ke dirinya 
sendiri utk ngetes apakah email tsb dpt sesuai dg harapannya (pengirim HRD, 
header: url dr luar negeri). Dan yg kedua dikirim ke everyone (sebagaimana 
lazimnya).
Mas bisa coba cara tsb, memang agak ribet, tapi ok.

dari ip address mana dia mengirim email tersebut sampai ke IP adrress PC 
nya, Si pemfitnah menggunakan email account yahoo. Tolong ya

Program Acrobat digunakan untuk membuka PDF document atau menconvert document 
ke PDF document.

Untuk fungsi membuka PDF document, bisa mendownload Adobe Reader secara gratis 
dari www.adobe.com

Untuk menconvert document ke PDF document, boleh mencoba program Acrobat atau 
Ghostscript.  Ghostscript didistribusi melalui GNU General Public License.

Pak Denis,  

Anjuran dari saya adalah menggunakan teknologi internet untuk landasan 
komunikasi dari PCAnywhere, karena ini bisa menghemat biaya komunikasi.  


Beberapa pertanyaan:
-  Apakah ada firewall di depan server yang akan dikoneksi?
-  Apakah ada router yang digunakan?  Berdasarkan advice dari milis sebelumnya, 
PCAnywhere perlu mengetahui public IP dari remote PC.  Jikalau remote PC harus 
melewati router sebelum terkoneksi ke internet, remote PC itu akan hanya 
mendapatkan local IP.  Maka perlu port forwarding technique dari router untuk 
memperbolehkan public access ke remote PC ini melalui router. 

Untuk informasi tambahan, koneksi ke internet melalui ISP biasanya akan 
mendapatkan dynamic IP.  Untuk koneksi ke remote PC, PCAnywhere perlu 
mengetahui IP yang diberikan ISP kepada remote PC pada saat itu.

  Ini benar, justru di awal kelahirannya, PCAnywhere tidak menggunakan 
  TCP/IP jadi direct serial modem to modem.
  Sekarang pun masih bisa. Hanya saja kalau SLJJ antar kota berjam jam 
  mungkin biaya yg dikeluarkan jadi tinggi. Itu makanya kemudian ada 
  option untuk koneksi lewat TCP/IP.
  Kalau anda sudah bisa melakukan POC dengan 2 komputer dalam satu LAN,

  Kalau kedua node tidak dalam IP Public, atau ada di belakang NAT, mau 
  tidak mau anda kudu belajar teknik port forwarding. Syukur syukur kalau 
  NAT router ini ada dalam control company anda, kalau ada di kontrol ISP, 
  ya gak bisa.
  Mungkin ada baiknya kalau dicoba dulu pakai Telkomnet Instant. Dengan 
  memakai ISP yang sama di semua node, paling tidak anda mengurangi resiko 
  ada di belakang NAT atau terkena firewall antar ISP.

Biasanya remote management software seperti "PC Anywhere" memerlukan bandwidth 
yang relatif lebih besar dibandingkan connection untuk mentransfer text file 
biasa.  Beberapa pertimbangan mengapa saudara Denis belum berhasil menggunakan 
PC Anywhere:
1. Mungkin internet bandwidth yang digunakan saudara Denis belum mencukupi 
kecepatan yang dibutuhkan PC Anywhere.  Gejala dari keadaan ini adalah saudara 
Denis harus menunggu waktu yang agak lama untuk mendapatkan update dari 
database server di cabang2 lain
2. Ada security protection yang dijalankan di cabang2 tertentu, misalnya dengan 
adanya firewall.  Jika ada, pastikan saudara Denis menkonfigurasi lagi security 
setting di "PC Anywhere" untuk boleh melewati firewall, atau menkonfigure 
frewall untuk mengijinkan traffic dari "PC Anywhere"

Saran:
Untuk mempermudah dan jikalau cara ini belum digunakan, bolehlah saudara Edwin 
mencoba PCAnywhere antara dua mesin di dalam network yang sama untuk test tahap 
pertama dalam menkonfigurasi PCAnywhere

Biasanya banyak orang yang mendapatkan CCNA dengan belajar sendiri.  Heni boleh 
mencoba mencari material CCNA dari buku2 resmi dari Cisco (coba cari di cisco 
atau amazon website).  Atau ada juga eBook yang mengajarkan CCNA.   Dengan 
belajar sendiri, Heni sudah menghemat biaya banyak.  

Untuk level berikutnya (CCNP), biasanya mereka perlu exposure untuk 
mempraktekan teknik2 yang diajarkan dengan mengkonfigurasi router secara 
langsung.  Dalam hal ini, Heni bisa mengikuti kursus2.

di kantor saya :
firewall/ids --> fortigate dan juniper
saran saya sebaiknya kalo masalah security pake yg hardware kecuali yg tdk ada 
hardwarenya (misal antivirus) tapi kalo terpaksa pake PC ya under linux, biar 
lebih secure

kebutuhan industri. Dan layanan purna jualnya bagus, kalo ada 
trouble, penanganannya cepat.

client saya masih menggunakan win98, krn ada aplikasi yg dibuat dari 
clipper.
Permasalahannya adalah setiap booting, sebelum masuk di grafis windows 
selalu muncul registry checker dan rebuild system registry di file 
user.dat dan system.dat.
Setelah di install ulang hal tersebut terulang lagi.

Mungkin ada rekan-rekan yang mengetahui penyebab hal tersebut. Mohon 
bantuannya.

dipasang lagi. Bisa jalan sebentar, tapi restart lagi.

Ada yang bisa bantu saya ?

masih varian virus brontok pak. Virus ini menggandakan folder menjadi
executable file tetapi file aslinya di hidden oleh virus jadi file aslinya
masih tetap ada bapak tdk perlu kawatir... coba cari antivirus lokal pak,
atau di pcmedia ada bonus dvd yg biasanya menyertakan antivirus lokal..

Dear temen-temen,

Perkenalkan, saya saat ini dipercaya untuk mengelola laboratorium komputer
di sebuah sekolah dasar di daerah cibubur, jakarta timur.

Saat ini saya dan 586 siswa belajar bersama tentang komputer disana.  Saya
berkeinginan untuk merubah sistem yang saya gunakan menjadi sistem linux,
walaupun setelah berbincang dengan teman2 saya, mereka bilang gak mungkin
anak SD belajar Linux, lha wong kita yang sudah tua2 saja dibikin pusing
dengan yang namanya linux.  Hanya saja saya merasa agak beban pikiran
menggunakan software illegal yang digunakan untuk belajar saya dan siswa,
sementara software legal berbasis linux sudah cukup banyak.

Oleh karena itu, mungkin diantara teman-teman ada yang memiliki pengalaman
mengajar siswa SD materi linux? atau saran apa yang harus saya lakukan untuk
hal tersebut ? Kira-kira distro apa yang cocok u siswa seklah dasar?

hai...

gw pernah punya masalah yg sama, malah akibatnya isi disknya ikut ke apus
semua... waktu itu gw pasang di komp temen... solusinya siy lom gw temuin,
tp coba aja di pasang di komp laen (punya temen, ato di warnet/rental).
Mungkin karena ada masalah dgn USB nya... Selamat mencoba...

salam IT ers,

   mau tanya , kemarin software mdaemon di kantor saya upgrade dari versi
8.1.3 ke versi 9.0.5, setelah proses ugrade selesai ada masalah yang timbul
yakni user yang membuka email melalui worldclient tidak bisa menggunakan
standar themes, namun bila quota mail user yang ada di server mdaemon saya
uncheck,  user bisa menggunakan worldclient dengan standar themes.
   padahal quota itu sangat di butuhkan untuk membatasi email yang di simpan
di server, mohon bantuannya rekan-rekan.

Untuk IP address & subnetmask pake yg standar aja (class C).
Misalnya 192.168.0.x atau 192.168.100.x
subnetmask pake 255.255.255.0
Internet gateway adalah IP yg diberikan kepada router. Jadi gateway utk 
setiap PC menuju ke IP address router.
Untuk DNS tanya aja ke ISPnya.

tetapi hasil decompille tidak sama persis dengan coding yang ditulis oleh 
programmer asalnya.
btw, kadang decompiller better :P hasilnya. lebih terstruktur.

Mungkin PC anda agak korslet karena ada arus lebih dari listrik, saran saya 
coba arus lebih tersebut di salurkan ke bumi/ground. caranya pasang kabel yang 
kecil aja di casing PC lalu pantek paku ke tanah, lebih dalam lebih bagus, lalu 
kabel tersebut di sambungkan ke paku tersebut. coba casing PC anda masih 
nyetrum ngak??? kalo masih berarti arus lebihnya belum tersalurkan dengan baik. 
Mungkin juga masalah ada di Power Supply, tapi coba dulu aja saran saya dulu 
kalau masih begitu juga, ya udah di ganti aja power supplynya.

Saya sudah pernah coba pake ZTE dengan winXp. Untuk Internet 
connection sharing kok ngga bisa ya
Bahkan untuk dial dari windows aja ngga bisa, karena perangkat tsb 
hanya bisa di kontrol dari software bawaannya sendiri.

Di kantor mendapatkan kiriman komputer dari luar, jumlahnya ada 5 unit, 
tapi password admin untuk login ke komp lupa. Sedangkan domainnnya juga 
lain. Daripada install ulang yg memakan waktu cukup lama. Lebih enak di 
by-pass aja. Ada yg tahu cara mem by-pass password ngga ?
Semua komputer menggunakan O.S Windows 2000 proffesional.

just saran

saya rasa langkah anda cukup bagus, sdh mengenalkan
programming ke anak2 sejak dini.
menurut saya bhs program adalah tools, jd apapun
bhs-nya (vb,c++,java, dll) ditambah kemampuan analisa
dan berpikir yg baik maka akan menjadi programmer yg
baik pula. 
kalo dikaitkan dengan graphical, itu adalah bagian
dari penerapan programming tsb. kalo sudah terjun
didunia kerja pasti akan banyak sekali implementasi dr
programming tsb. termasuk dlm bentuk graphical.
saran saya biarkan anak anda mengenal berbagai macam
bhs program, syukur2 bisa menguasai lebih dr 1 bhs
program. karena saat ini dan kedepan, yg dilihat
adalah  hasilnya, nggak peduli pakai bhs program apa.

menurut pengalaman saya, 
kalo development (pembuatan aplikasi) yang dihitung
hanya tenaganya saja (jasa) sehingga harga suatu
aplikasi yang dibuat sendiri (in house application
atau software development) harganya ditentukan dr
jumlah mandays yg digunakan utk membangun aplikasi tsb
dr assessment hingga baby sitting.

kalo saya punya rumus untuk menghitung hal tersebut.
biasanya yang pernah ikut training project management
dpt rumus tsb.

garis besarnya begini :

bahasa pemrograman - ini juga menentukan harga, dimana
antara bhs pemrograman yg satu dg yg lain itu berbeda
nilainya. di rumusku yang nilainya paling tinggi
adalah  java, rank berikutnya vb, dbase/foxpro, basic,
html/php, dan seterusnya.

business logic - ini juga sangat berpengaruh, untuk
itu biasanya kita hrs lakukan assessment dulu utk
mengetahui seperti apa req dr client. misal utk web
base appl yang tdk melibatkan db akan lebih mudah
dibanding yang konek ke db, sehingga orang yg
dibutuhkan akan lebih sedikit.

spesifikasi tenaga ahli - ini juga menentukan, dalam
satu proyek pembangunan aplikasi pasti dibutuhkan pm
(project manager), sa (system analyst), prg
(programmer), kadang programer juga dibagi jd bbrp
level yang berbeda sesuai pengalamannya. nah mereka
memiliki tarif yang berbeda juga.

yang lainnya adalah waktu. jika client minta cepat,
maka kita harus melakukan paralel dlm mengerjakan
pekerjaan sehingga kemungkinan bisa menurunkan bbrp
programmer sekaligus dan tentunya perhitungannya jika
time frame pembangunan aplikasi sedikit maka tenaga yg
dibutuhkan semakin banyak dan otomatis semakin mahal

dan banyak lagi faktor2 pendukung.

2 toko itu...
bhinneka kebetulan temenku pernah mau pesen fdisk waktu itu, cuma barangnya
dicariin dulu... tapi setelah ditunggu sampe seminggu gak dihubungin yg
katanya mau hubungin balik, ditelp lagi katanya besok dikabarin confirm
barangnya tapi gak dikabarin juga ya udah total temenku nunggu 2 minggu gak
confirm ya dia jalan sendiri ke glodok.

glodokshop gua pernah mau beli hp waktu itu udah proses checkout trus dsuruh
nunggu confirm via email tapi udah 3 hari gak ada confirm email, besokkannya
gua telpon katanya gak ada transaksi pada saat itu. terus gua disuruh
shopping via phone saat itu juga tapi gua gakmau abis udah nunggu kelamaan
ya udah hari itu juga gua jalan sendiri ke mall, malah dapet yg lebih murah.

menurut gua ya, harga di bhinneka buat patokan aja nyarinya ya ke m2m...
tapi kalo diitung2 ongkos sih jatohnya sama aja hehehe... begitu juga
glodokshop

sorry lho kalo ada orang bhinneka/glodokshop, saya hanya menyampaikan

tadi listrik di kantor gua tiba2 mati (ups nya lg dipinjem)
setelah di nyalain lagi email di Inbox yang ada di Outlook gua ilang
semua... kecuali email yang ada di dalem folder inbox masih ada tapi di main
root nya folder inbox pada ngilang, mana isinya password ama link semua
