Iya bener kapasitornya.
Dulu pernah ngalami 2 unit kena .. :((
Ganti kapasitornya terutama disekitar prosessor

Wah bentar lg bakal koit tuh MB ...

Kalo saya berpendapat sesegera mungkin lakukan pembelian software 
windows 
tapi saya sih lebih prefer kalo migrasi ke Linux  :)
Saya yakin banyak koq yang mau bantu buat migrasikan  termasuk saya 
.. :)

Ada banyak kemunkinan Pak ...
Bisa jadi trafik LAN nya over load atau Server Itu Sendiri Overload Juga.
Sebagai alternatif gunakan Switch yg bagus, kalo perlu yg support 
10/100/1000 Gigabits
Jalankan OS pada Console Mode lebih menghemat resources.

Mungkin ini bisa jadi masukan ..

Kalo koneksinya jauh - jauh Bisa pake VPN nya Telkom atau VPN VSAT untuk 
lebih simple, tapi mungkin harganya agak mahal ya ... kalo yg agak murah 
sewa koneksi internet bikin VPN LAN sendiri.
Untuk strukturnya ya bikin Server di Pusat dan tiap cabangnya.

Simplenya si gitu ..
