wahhh... silahkan aja audit kantor gwe deghhh...
letaknya di tengah2 pulau kalimantan 400 KM dari
ibukota kaltim, tepat ditengah hutan, perjalanan makan
1 minggu. 

pak polisi dan orang IT yang mo audit, di welcome
dengan baik, tapi gak janji kasih tempat tidur yaw,
jadi harus bawa tenda dan peralatan makan serta
konsumsi masing2,

sorry yah, mengkritit sedikit...
apa bukan lebih baik SOP itu dibuat sendiri oleh
personel IT nya, bukannya pelit. memang membuat SOP
itu tidaklah mudah, tapi paling tidak kita bisa
membuat sendiri SOP yang sesuai dengan lingkungan IT
kita.

lagian kalau kita mengadaptasi dari SOP IT lain, belum
tentu bisa jalan di tempat kita sendiri, apalagi kalau
beda manajemen perusahaan, beda pola pikir orang, yah
macem2 deghh...

nanti kalau SOP tersebut tidak sesuai malah jadi
bottle neck. kan yang susah malah kita sendiri...

sekali lagi mohon maaf ini hanya saran dan kritik...

tapi bila anda mau contoh SOP apa misalnya, DRP
(Disaster Recovery Plan) atau SOP Helpdesk... mungkin
seperti itu contoh2 topic SOPnya, untuk mekanisme nya
yah saling tanya dengan temen2 IT yang lain yang lebih
expert juga bisa untuk tukar pikiran...

office, lumayan kok kurang lebih aja sama ms office...

kalo sejauh ini yang driver2 nya bisa kompatibel sih
Linux CentOS...

hmmm cuma mungkin ada pendapat lain dari rekan2 IT
