Dear Pak David,
Istilah BM koq sepertinya banyak di pake disisi ISP ya, beberapa ISP
ada yang pake MRTG. Kalo di sisi Internal mungkin lebih baik Bapak
menggunakan Proxy atau FireWall. Tujuannya untuk membatasi akses user
ke Internet biar gak bottleneck. Untuk product Software Proxy bisa
pake SQUID, ISA Server, GateKeeper. Kalo hardware bisa pake Netscreen
atau Pix. Pengalaman pribadi dikantor sih saya pake ISA Server.
Mungkin yang lain bisa menambahkan.
