Kali kali keyboardnya yg rusak. Ambil dari laptop yg sejenis, lalu di-tukar, biasanya kan pakai kabel pita gitu. Kemudian sudah dicoba pakai keyboard USB belum? Cuman sayangnya kebanyakan BIOS, setup USB Keyboard biasanya ada di posisi disable.
