kebetulan saya bekerja di CALL centre dan saat ini sedang develop VIDEO CALL CENTRE bisa japri saja mas mungkin ini definisi dari apa itu teleconference Teleconference merupakan sistem komunikasi jarak jauh di mana sekelompok orang (lebih dari dua orang) yang berbeda lokasi bisa saling berkomunikasi melalui media-media tertentu. Ada banyak kegiatan yang bisa dilakukan melalui teleconference ini, seperti ngobrol, diskusi, rapat, berbagi data (misalnya data Excel yang ada di komputer A bisa diambil atau diedit dari komputer B), dan masih banyak lagi. Ada teleconference yang bernama audio conference, di mana orang-orang tersebut bisa berbicara seperti dalam pembicaraan telepon, namun ini melibatkan lebih dari dua orang. Ada juga videoconference yang memungkinkan orang-orang tersebut saling melihat melalui layar monitor yang tersedia. Perangkat yang dibutuhkan pun tergantung dari conference apa yang dilakukan.
