Tapi kalo kita asumsinya mau baca yang subjeknya menarik aja, bisa jadi lebih irit pake web based. Kalo pake outlook kan kita tidak bisa selected (tiba2 banyak email junk kan repot juga). Atau mungkin juga bisa ditarik headernya aja (saya biasa pake cara ini di PDA, ga tau di outlook PC ada feature ini atau tidak). Nanti kalo isinya menarik, baru di mark untuk di-download. Ini lebih irit lagi. Tapi kalo untuk email via protokol POP macam outlook, saya sih lebih rekomen pake time based. Asumsi email Anda sekali tarik katakanlah 1 MB (ini uda termasuk besar sekali rasanya), itu bisa ditarik sekitar 1 menit saja koq (asumsi koneknya via PDN CDMA time based yang lumayan speed-nya, saya pake M8+CBN dapet angka segitu). Biayanya cuman Rp 165 semenit... nah tarik 1 MB email semenit jelas murah donk kalo cuman kena Rp 165? Tapi kalo untuk download, ya lebih murah time based karena dalam waktu 1 jam kita bisa dapat 50 MB lebih.
