untuk outlook biasanya masalah setting pop atau imap nya disesuaikan dengan
kondisi yang ada bisa juga pakai alternbatif yang lain yang lebih  mudah
settingannya dengan email desktop misal zimbra atau thunderbird yang sama
tujuannya manage email email ke local

Setting Outlook untuk Yahoo! mail,..
1. Pastikan account anda adalah account yahoo lokal contoh:[EMAIL PROTECTED]
(penting), bukan yang yahoo.com, untuk yg yahoo.com harus ada tambahan
software sebagai gatewaynya namanya YPops.
2. Login ke Yahoo mail anda, klik 'Opsi' yang ada di pojok kanan atas, lalu
klik 'akses
penerusan surat', lalu cheklist bagian 'Akses Web & POP', lalu klik 'simpan'
..
3. Buka Outlook Express, Klik Tool -> Accounts -> Mail - lalu klik Add ->
mail untuk
membuat account.
4. Masukkan nama anda, nama ini akan digunakan sebagai nama pengirim di
setiap
email yg anda kirim.
5. Masukkan alamat email yahoo anda. ingat, yg .co.id bukan yang .com
6. Isi Incoming mail. dengan : pop.mail.yahoo.com
7. Isi Outgoing mail. dengan : smtp.mail.yahoo.com, klik NEXT.
8. Account Name : isi dengan Yahoo ID anda tanpa embel-embel @yahoo.co.id
(cukup yahoo ID nya saja). contoh : email [EMAIL PROTECTED] ->
berarti
yahoo ID nya = ivan.
9. Masukkan password yahoo anda, dan checklist bagian 'remember password'.
Klik
NEXT, dan FINISH.
10. Pilih Account yg baru saja anda buat, lalu klik properties. Pilih Tab
'Servers' dan
checklist bagian 'My server requires authentication'
11. Klik OK. (Done.. )
Sekarang, coba klik Send/Receive untuk mendownload email atau men-check
apakah
ada email yg masuk atau tidak.

Kalau Filter, di Ms. OutLook fiturnya macem2 mas, coba diteliti lagi. Tapi
kalau mau buat grouping email, cara gampangnya, klik kanan email yang
dimaksud  terus pilih create rule ., nah, di halaman 
Create
Rule ntu sampean bisa bikin aturan, email dari siapa masuknya ke folder
mana, atau yang mengandung subject tertentu, atau ditujukan ke orang
tertentu akan ditaruh dimana. Pengaturan cukup dibuat sekali saja,
selanjutnya semua email2 yang masuk akan mengikuti rule yang sudah mas buat.

Kalau nggak begitu mudeng, coba baca manualnya di menu
HELP-nya si Ms. OutLook sampean mas, oke?!?

setau aq msoutlook ngga ada filternya, coba make thunderbird for windows 
disitu ada filternya jdi email2 yang masuk bisa difilter,klw dari 
ITCenter bisa difilter ke satu folder jdi emailnya ngga berantakan!!

convert dulu ke Outlook Express (file DBX) caranya buka Outlook Express trus 
import..
nah klo dah bisa masuk ke OE bisa di import lagi ke Ms.Outlook 2002

tapi ada bisa gunakan pst recover atau tools untuk recover pst. kareana 
recover pst.

bila anda tidak punya software tersebut anda bisa gunakan cara sebagai 
berikut
- buat pst baru di outlook 2002
- pst yang baru tersebut anda buka di outlook 2003
-  dan pst yang mau dikonvert dari 2003 di kompikan atau import ke pst 
yang dari 2002

Copy pst dari A ke B. Bisa satu file utuh, atau pakai 3rd party
software yg detect penamabahan email di A, jadi yg di copy ke B hanya
incremental saja.

Syaratnya, file pst tidak dalam keadaan "in use".

tampilannya rada aneh ya, MO bisa browsing seperti IE. Apakah memang
bisa browsing dari dulu atau baru2 saja? Kalau memang bisa di muncul
atau di buang caranya bagaimana ya...?

FYI; OS XP pro, Office XP pro

[ITCENTER] microsoft outlook tidak bisa login

hallo semua,

saya punya masalah dg outlook tidak bisa login setelah diinstall
window XP patch 2 yg didownload. tetapi saya coba login di komputer
teman menggunakan login saya mau. kenapa ya masalahnya???
