punya klien salah satu wahana wisata, mereka ingin menerapkan system untuk 
meng-cover seluruh lini bisnis mereka yang ada di wahana wisata tersebut. Lini 
bisnis tersebut antara lain : penjualan tiket masuk, penjualan tiket 
masing-masing wahana (contohnya penyewaan perahu, pertunjukan sirkus, dll), 
penyewaan wahana tertentu kepada pihak ketiga, penjualan sovenir, 
makanan-minuman, dll. saya terpikir untuk menawarkan system ERP kepada mereka 
(prefered opensource), tapi ERP apa yang kira2 cocok ya?

Terima kasih. Banyak mas atas infonya. Sayang sekali saya saat ini sudah 
meninggalkan penggunaan sw bajakan ataupun sw trial yg 'diakali'. Jadi boleh 
dibilang menggunakan yg berbayar atau freeware. Tapi sebelum memakai yg 
berbayar, gak salah donk kalau ada yg freewarenya. Lagipula setelah 30 hari 
harus uninstall dan install lg kayaknya cukup merepotkan buat saya.

Selama ini saya menggunakan software tersebut untuk melakukan backup drive 
network. Memang ini bukan freeware, namun tetap bisa diakali agar bisa dipakai 
seterusnya. Seperti dijelaskan pada situs nya bahwa software ini  " This is a 
fully functional version of BackupAssist that includes the use of all add-ons 
for 30 days.."

Untuk mengakalinya agar bisa dipakai seterusnya lakukan dengan cara berikut :

1. Ekspor setting backup assist yang sudah berjalan. Pada menu backupassist 
terdapat pilihan untuk mengekspor setting backup assist yang berjalan. Nantinya 
akan disimpan otomatis dalam format .zip

2. Sebelum masa 30 hari berakhir, uninstall program backup assist ini. jangan 
lupa men delete file registry nya yang bernama "cortex IT" pada 
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE | SOFTWARE. 

3. Install Kembali backup assist nya.

4. Impor lah setting backup assist pada step 1.

5. enjoy..

Memang agak merepotkan, namun pengalaman saya selama ini software ini sangat 
memenuhi kebutuhan saya untuk membackup drive network. Saya install software 
ini di PC client bukan di server. Pada software ini juga bisa dibuat job 
schedule, sehingga proses backupnya berjalan otomatis. tentu saja bisa 
disetting waktunya juga mengenai kapan backup nya akan berjalan.

Sebelum menemukan software ini, saya dulu juga mencari yang freeware namun 
tidak ketemu juga yang bisa membackup drive network. Sehingga sampai sekarang 
saya memakai software ini.

Saya biasa pake software backup assist dari cortex lab. Penggunaan nya simple 
banget, bisa diatur schedule nya juga. Coba googling deh dengan kata kunci 
"backupassist" (tanpa tanda petik)

Bukan gak ada softwarenya tapi dengan spesifikasi yang disebutkan tadi
(FREEWARE, IP, LOGIN) yang under windows kayaknya belum pernah nemu.

Itu mah semacam *captive portal (hotspot)*, bisa pake *pfsense*, *mikrotik*.

Kalo under windows bisa pake *antamedia *(tapi berbayar).

Setelah meluncurkan piranti lunak untuk mendesain batik, J-Batik Software, 
Batik Fractal memperkenalkan J-Batik Mini, sebuahpirantilunak yang dirancang 
khusus untuk para pemula.
"J-Batik Mini diperkenalkan kepada para desainer muda agar semakin mudah 
menyusun motif baru," kata Chief Executive Officer Batik Fractal, Nancy 
Margried, usai merilis J-Batik Mini pada ajang Mega Bazaar Computer 2012 di 
Jakarta Convention Centre, Sabtu, 3 Maret 2012.

Dalam piranti J-Batik Mini terdapat lima motif batik yang disertai dengan 
beberapa layout yang memungkinkan pengguna bisa mendesain beragam motif batik.

Di dalam piranti lunak ini sudah tersedia fitur untuk mendesain batik, 
menambah, mengganti warna, memperbanyak motif batik, dan sebagainya.

Nancy mengatakan versi J-Batik Mini masih dalam tahap persiapan untuk 
dipasarkan ke konsumen. "Kami bekerja sama dengan Intel untuk menjual J-Batik 
Mini di IntelApp," katanya.

Adapun versi J-Batik yang dirancang untuk para profesional hingga saat ini 
sudah digunakan oleh 400 pengguna.

Selain untuk konsumen di dalam negeri, piranti ini juga sudah digunakan oleh 
desainer di Inggris dan Swedia.pirantiJ-Batik ini dijual dengan harga Rp 300 
ribu per unit software.

Menurut Nancy, J-Batik memudahkan para pengrajin batik dalam mendesain motif 
batik. Selama ini desain batik menggunakan pensil di media kertas yang 
menghabiskan waktu lama. "Nah, dengan J-Batik proses desain bisa dilakukan 
dengan cepat, bahkan bisa beberapa motif."

Nancy menambahkan bahwa piranti lunak ini akan banyak membantu para pengrajin 
batik tradisional dalam mengembangkan desain. Motif yang ada dalam J-Batik 
diambil dari beragam motif yang ada di daerah di seluruh Indonesia.

Sebenarnya,piranti lunak ini bisa digunakan untuk mendesain dalam banyak media, 
tidak saja untuk batik, tapi juga untuk poster, wallpaper, bahkan untuk 
furniture. "Tapi sekarang memang lebih banyak untuk mengembangkan kerajinan 
batik tradisional," katanya.

Nancy mengatakan terdapat sejumlah hambatan dalam mengembang software yang 
menerapkan prinsip matematika ini. Antara lain, kebiasaan masyarakat Indonesia 
yang masih senang menggunakan software bajakan.

Kemudian hambatan selanjutnya pada aspek pendanaan. "Perbankan di Indonesia 
tidak bisa memberikan kredit karena ini industri yang mengandalkan hak kekayaan 
intelektual, padahal kalau di luar negeri perbankan bisa memberikan kredit 
dengan jaminan hak paten," katanya.

Untuk pemasaran J-Batik ini juga masih menemui kendala dalam hal sistem 
pembayaran secara online. Selama ini proses pembelian dengan cara memesan, 
kemudian dikirim atau dengan mengunduh di batikfractal.com.

Sejak resmi diluncurkan pada 2007, Batikfractal pernah mendapatkan sejumlah 
pendanaan, seperti dari pemerintah, lembaga asing, maupun dalam negeri. Dia 
mengaku bantuan dari pemerintah tidak banyak.

Terakhir, Batikfractal mendapat pendanaan dari Sampoerna Foundation sebesar Rp 
100 juta. "Kami sudah merancang untuk bekerja sama dengan beberapa investor," 
katanya.

J-Batik Software sendiri adalah sebuah software yang dapat membantu para 
perancang motif batik untuk membuat desainnya sendiri dengan menggunakan rumus 
matematika. Penggabungan seni tradisional dan metode modern ini dinamakan 
Batikfractal dan hasilnya dapat digunakan untuk membuat baju, sepatu, maupun 
furniture.

Software tersebut diperkenalkan pertama kalinya pada hari Sabtu, 3 Maret 2012, 
saat acara Mega Bazaar Computer berlansung di JCC Senayan, Jakarta.

Apakah ada software yang mengatur web apa saja yang bisa diakses ? 
jawabnya ada
Untuk memudahkan update antivirus ? kenapa tidak dibuat tersentral saja, 
jadi hanya server / salah satu pc yang update yang lain update lokal ke 
situ. Selain tidak membebani Koneksi Internet dan yang pasti akan lebih 
cepat. Gunakan Antivirus yang memang untuk corporate / yang bisa di sett 
update dari lokal. Ada Symantec, Kaspersky, Norman dll yang memungkinkan 
update dari Lokal

mohon pencerahan, apakah ada software yang mengatur web mana saja yang boleh di 
akses untuk coneksi internet di pc client, hal ini dimaksudkan untuk memudahkan 
update antivirus saja. supaya pc yang tidak diberikan hak askses internet hanya 
bisa mengakses web si penyedia definition update saja.

Kalau menggunakan Software recorder IP Camera yang generik, sebaiknya 
cek dulu kompatibilitas software dengan IP camera yang kita gunakan. 
Pastikan IP camera kita bisa dikenali dan digunakan oleh software tersebut.

Saya pake security monitor pro, cukup baik sampai > 10 kamera.

Exchange, Backup for Windows Server per Server, Backup for Mac, Linux dll. 
Mungkin bisa lebih spesifik kebutuhannya, akan dipakai di sistem komputer

Menyambung trial saya untuk Virtualisasi NComputing dengan OS Linux yang 
kemarin saya tanyakan, Nampaknya mulai ada pencerahan, nanti saya 
postkan di sini.
Yang menjadi pertanyaan saya sekarang :
Apakah ada Software, Aplikasi yang bisa menggantikan peran NComputing 
untuk bisa akses Terminal-Server /   Host NComputing  melalui RDP

Contohnya seperti penggunaan VMware, Virtual Box sebagai Cient untuk 
akses LTSP Server, nggak harus pake PC dengan NIC yang support booting 
dari Jaringan.

Kalau ada saya tidak perlu beli NComputing L230 yang support Linux, 
karena yang ada Support Windows Only, hanya ada 1 yang support Linux
Min harus ada 2 untuk testing project yang sedang saya coba kemarin.
