Selain itu sharing dengan workgroup tanpa ada active directory setahu saya kurang aman. Nah ini menarik, beberapa kali saya testing Windows Server 2008, kok rasanya ini cuman honor system yah. Biar saya masukin 5 per User atau 5 per Device CAL, ketika saya akses pakai 10 VM yang masing masing punya IP Address sendiri dan userID beda beda, kok tetep saja saya bisa akses mulus tanpa problem yah? Curiganya sih ini cuman honor system. Lanjut Pertanyaanya nih masih seputar server windows 2008 : Contoh Kasus : Server Windows Server 2008 dg jlh licensi 5 user. -Calon user client : 7 pc dgn win xp, 1 user memakai Mac (semua memakai IP Otomatis), 1 user tamu, dgn koneksi via wifi Router. Semua user ini diberi akses penuh ke folder My Documents pada server. Pertanyaannya : 1. Bagaimana server menghitung client yg sudah terkoneksi ke server ? IP Address ? Mac Address ? ID User saat login ? 2. Bila user yg terhubung ke server sudah mencapai maksimum 5, bagaimana user sisanya ? Bisakah saling bergantian ? (Pengalaman saya memakai Win XP Pro sebagai pusat sharing folder, ketika maksimum 10 user secara bersamaan sedang terhubung ke folder tersebut, maka user yg ke 11 dan seterusnya pasti tidak bisa masuk. Saya sudah dgn Windows XP Pro, tapi hanya diizinkan oleh Microsoft maksimum 10 user yg bisa koneksi bersamaan. Windows 7 katanya bisa sampai 20 user.
