Dear All, Terima kasih atas respon2nya. rupanya memang benar Acer Aspire 4720 ini adalah builtin SATA. Saya sudah mencoba beberapa cara: 1. memakai floppy, driver SATA dari CD ataupun dari official websitenya (bukan persis model laptopnya) 2. pake nlite untuk menambah driver di instalasi windows xp nya. namun kedua cara tersebut sama2 menghasilkan blue screen di step intalasinya : "A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damag to your computer. bla bla bla" Saya coba browsing dan tidak satupun driver ditemukan untuk windows xp untuk model ini, yg ada hanya untuk vista. saya coba paksaiin untuk memasang driver untuk seri dibawahnya (4710 ataupun diatasnya 5000 cmiiw). namun hasilnya tetep tidak bisa.
