Hello,

when I start java using JDK1.3 on Suse6.4 I get a Segmentation fault.
Does somebody has an explanation?

Thanks Lars.

This is a hotspot problem with SUSE, not a blackdown issue really, but there
is a workaround and it will be fixed in the next suse release

see the release notes :*)

(VOTE) Should SUN Microsystems Open Source Java?

2000-08-18 Thread burtonator

(Sorry for the SPAM)

I created a poll to get feedback on the SUN Open Sourcing Java. I tried
to create all options from tightening down all the way to loosening up
control.

Anyway. The vote system is at http://relativity.yi.org/java and
explains all options.

If you could forward this on to other mailing lists so that we could get
a better statistical sample I would appreciate it.
