Caldera and S.u.S.E. also use rpm.  A Red Hat system will have
a /usr/src/redhat directory, though.

When you say "heavily based", do you believe they have taken actual code
from the blackdown port?  Is the blackdown port GPL (which would make such
borrowing illegal)?
