In 2008, I e-mailed the webmasters of www.juniper.net to add
the M120 into the pictures of all their M-series routers at
the time. The M120 was the only router missing, and lo and
behold, the new image was uploaded to the web site within
24hrs.

I was impressed :-).

I kind of agree with the OP on this one. As customers it wasn't our choice
to include a "re-branded" switch in the portfolio. It's simpler to be able
to get all the info in one spot, especially if all the other switches in
the family are listed there.

Just my $0.02.

Here is the reason it's not included: the EX2500 does not run Junos

Some of the Juniper document maintainers peruse this list regularly. I
once complained here about a VPLS document not quite being right, and I was
emailed within days by someone who could facilitate such a change. They
even solicited my feedback on how the wording should be structured.

What update are you after?

The EX2500 doesn't run JUNOS, if that's why you were suggesting the doc

Skeeve,

This document shows when features became available in a version of Junos.
The EX2500 does not run Junos; hence it's omission from the document. If
you need a 10Gb switch, look at the EX4500 (or the SFX3500 if you need a
1RU footprint).
