The varying behavior was between Tuxedo OS on a bare metal install of 24.02.02 where "&Save" seems to conflict with "&Show Annotation Tools" (or at least only one of them is highlighted). On neon unstable vm neither "Save" nor "Save as" got underlined, while the "s" in "window shadows" did, but restarting it again, this doesn't happen again and "Include window shadows" has I as an accelerator. Only one of them can work, and which one it is seems somewhat non-deterministic. On my neon unstable VM, it's "Include window shadow", on a neon unstable booted bare metal from an iso it seems to be "Save". Possibly different ones if I start in different conditions?
