Hi, 1. When on a Google page, navigate to your account name and activate the link with the return key or VO-space. 2. Interact with the Account Info area. 3. Navigate right and activate the Account link. 4. Interact with the Personal Information scroll area. There is a scroll area within there that reads "Alternate eMails", interact with that and confirm which eMails are connected with your specific Google profile. If the eMail address you want added is already present there, then we have a different issue. Otherwise, continue on below. 5. Stop interacting with the "Alternate eMails" area and navigate to the Edit button and activate. 6. Navigate to the Personal Info scroll area again and interact with it. 7. Locate the Edit button and activate it. 8. Interact with the Alternate eMails area and press the Edit button from within there. 9. Follow the prompts and you should be golden. You'll note that this process is much different than the "Add Account" that is available in the first screen after accessing your account. That process only adds Gmail related login accounts for easier access but does not link eMail accounts to your Google Profile like this process. HTH. Later... Does anyone know how to change or add there email address in there google profile so there is a pop up menu, or combo b ox when you subscribe to a google group, or want to change the address you get email at? I have added a new email to my profile, but it is not showing up when I go to edit my subscription on google groups. Thanks.
