Re: MD: length limit on coax digital connection?
Oops ... I saw Jim Coon's and Rick Woudenberg's responses but had missed Francisco Montilla's: M> I'm running it with 75 Ohm cable (the same that is used for video) M> for 15 meters with no problems. Then it ought to be OK at 20m (at least with video cable; even with ordinary audio cable it's working at 1m). Thank you. - To stop getting this list send a message containing just the word "unsubscribe" to [EMAIL PROTECTED]

My problem with optical is that the path is around corners and through doorways, and the cable could too easily get kinked or squeezed. - To stop getting this list send a message containing just the word "unsubscribe" to [EMAIL PROTECTED]

It shouldn't be a problem. Get the TV lead in stuff, and maybe look for a better quality.. compare losses if you can and get the one that has the least loss. "David W. I'm running it with 75 Ohm cable (the same that is used for video) for 15 meters with no problems. Hope this helps, *---(*)---**--> Francisco J.
