Looks like it. I recall looking at a 96 or 97 E300 a coupla years ago that I think had that same color interior. Guy had the whole top of the engine torn off and thought it was made of gold. Color crap if it was closer I would probably buy that, I have never seen that interior color. They are already tan, grey, or black.
