Now I am installing on my Mac and I am wondering if there is any "my.ini"
or "my.cnf" on Mac OS X.
 Does anyone knows about this?
 Thanks for any help.

Mac OS X is Unix, so you follow the directions for Unix, which means you use
my.cnf. See the manual for details
