Go into the setup bits and pieces, it should fairly much be self-explanatory. (Otherwise ask the modem users here.) Then you should ask about not being able to get anywhere, and we will explain about /etc/resolv.conf, where you need to write search nameserver nameserver And we'll see you online through linux! Click on setup and fill in all the relevant details for your connection and modem. Click on ok and then connect. Andrew.

[newbie] How to set internet in Linux Mandrake????????
Just installed Linux Mandrake, I am using two internet in windows 98, one from my school ( ppp account) and another free internet, could you please show me how to do the same thing under Linux, what do I have to set.
